For recurring YouTube programming that changes by weekday and clock time, Playout.video’s Scheduled Stream calendar is the closest documented fit. Its vendor help article describes a weekly grid for assigning videos, playlists, or compositions to recurring slots. StreamNeo is a better fit for an always-on loop of one video or a fixed-order playlist, but its reviewed scheduling guide does not establish automatic switching at named times of day.
Choose a calendar scheduler for day-and-time programming
A loop and a schedule are not the same thing. A loop repeats content in a sequence; a recurring schedule starts different content at specified times, such as a new playlist every weekday morning. If your requirement is “play this video Monday at 9 a.m. and that playlist Tuesday at 2 p.m.,” look for a weekly calendar with recurring time slots.

Playout.video’s June 8, 2026 feature article describes a weekly calendar where blocks can contain a video, playlist, or composition, with options to loop the content or play it once. The vendor also says edits made while live take effect at the next slot transition and describes fallback choices for gaps, including a default playlist, standby video, slate, or black screen. This is vendor documentation, not independent testing. The article lists YouTube among supported destinations; confirm destination availability and account or plan eligibility for your own setup before committing. Playout.video
What to verify before choosing
- Whether blocks recur by weekday and clock time, rather than merely repeating in a fixed sequence.
- Whether each slot accepts the content type you need: single videos, playlists, or compositions.
- What happens in calendar gaps and whether live edits apply immediately or at a transition.
- Whether YouTube is supported for your account and plan, and how time zones and plan limits work.
- Current pricing and storage terms. The reviewed feature description does not establish those terms for every account.
How the main options differ
| Option | Documented use | Fit for recurring different videos by day | Important distinction |
|---|---|---|---|
| StreamNeo | Cloud-based YouTube stream that loops one uploaded video or an ordered playlist and attempts automatic recovery after interruptions. | Not established as a recurring clock-aware daypart scheduler by its reviewed guide. | Playlist items advance based on media duration and start time, not automatically at named weekday/time boundaries. |
| Playout.video Scheduled Stream | Weekly calendar with recurring blocks for videos, playlists, or compositions; each block can loop or play once. | Closest documented fit in the reviewed vendor material. | Verify current destination eligibility, time-zone handling, plan limits, and pricing. |
| YouTube playlists and shows | Organize videos into playlists, seasons, and episodes. | Not documented in the reviewed YouTube Help page as a recurring wall-clock live schedule. | Episode order or playlist organization is not the same as launching different live programs on a weekly timetable. |
| Loop TV / MyLoop and screenTAP | Venue entertainment or digital-signage scheduling by weekday and time window. | Not established as a way to schedule a creator’s own YouTube live videos. | Relevant when scheduling signage content on screens, not when building a YouTube channel’s live program. |
When an ordered loop is enough
StreamNeo is designed for a continuous YouTube stream from uploaded video: choose one video or an ordered playlist, add the channel’s stream key, and start the stream. The cloud service keeps the stream running without requiring your computer or home connection to stay on, and it attempts recovery if YouTube drops the stream. Its reviewed schedule guide explains that an ordered playlist advances according to media duration and stream start time; that is not the same as changing to a named morning, afternoon, or weekday block at a wall-clock time. If exact clock boundaries matter, the guide suggests using a program of exact duration or changing the live playlist at the desired boundary. Treat those details as vendor guidance and check the current behavior before relying on it. StreamNeo · Plans and pricing

What YouTube’s native playlist tools do—and do not do
YouTube Help describes turning a playlist into a show and setting episode order using manual playlist order or publication date. That helps organize a series, but the reviewed official help page does not describe recurring weekly clock-time playback that launches different videos as live programming. Do not assume a playlist or show automatically acts as a weekly broadcast scheduler. YouTube Help: Create a show with a playlist

Keep signage schedules separate from YouTube live schedules
MyLoop documentation describes signage sets scheduled for selected weekdays and time windows, with channel schedules built in 15-minute blocks; a channel change waits for the current video to finish. Those are venue-screen scheduling features for Loop TV content, not evidence that a creator can schedule their own YouTube live videos with MyLoop. Loop TV MyLoop

Or let it run in the cloud
If you need a continuous YouTube loop rather than recurring daypart changes, StreamNeo’s setup is: upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, then go live. Nothing has to stay on at home; it streams your uploaded video as made, up to 4K 60fps, at one price per slot; and it attempts automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream. The first day is free with no card. Monthly pricing is $9.99 per month. It is for looping uploaded videos, not a camera-based live feed, and it streams to YouTube only. Questions worth checking before you subscribe
- Does the schedule use recurring calendar slots, or only a playlist that advances when each file ends?
- Can the service target your YouTube channel, and what happens if the stream is interrupted?
- Does content in a time slot loop, play once, or hand off to a fallback when the slot ends?
- Are the time zone, storage allowance, slot count, and current plan limits suitable for the schedule?
- Do you have rights to every video and audio track? A scheduling service does not grant content rights or guarantee YouTube will accept or keep a stream live.
For independent reference on channel content policies, review YouTube Help and StreamNeo’s copyright safety checklist. The reviewed scheduling descriptions do not establish independent reliability measurements for these services.
