- Open the main Menu.
- Select Settings.
- Choose Exchange. This is the reported code-entry screen.
- Enter the code exactly as published, including every letter and number. Avoid adding spaces before or after it.
- Press Claim.
- Open Friend (Mail), the mailbox shown beside chat, and look for the reward message.
Do not assume that pressing Claim means the reward was delivered. The claim response and the message in Friend (Mail) are the two in-game signals to check. If the guide’s labels or buttons differ from your version, look for an equivalent Exchange or redemption control under the account settings rather than entering the code into chat.
How to tell whether a code is still active
Use a four-part check
- Publisher origin: Is there a post on the official Facebook page or an announcement reached through the publisher’s Google Play links?
- Freshness: When was the source last updated? Pocket Gamer’s date is October 11, 2026; an older page may be repeating an earlier status.

Why code lists disagree
Third-party pages are snapshots. One editor may update a table when a reader reports success, while another may retain an older status from a previous article. A code can also expire between the time a page is checked and the time you try it. In the PATH905 case, Pocket Gamer’s October 11 update marks the code expired, while iTechGuides’ October 11 article calls it active because it relied on an older Pocket Gamer guide and says live validity was not independently verified. Neither label should override a current first-party announcement or your own claim response.

Different lists may also have different scopes: one may include regional, event or account-limited codes while another removes anything it cannot currently verify. Compare the publication date and the wording around the status, not just the code string. A page that says “reported active” is making a different claim from one that says “successfully redeemed today.”

What to do when a code does not work
Check the string before checking the source
- Copy the code from the source rather than retyping it.
- Check for look-alike characters, such as the number
1and the letterI, or the number0and letterO. - Remove accidental spaces and do not add quotation marks.
- Try the exact capitalization shown by the publisher or guide, even if the field appears case-insensitive.
Confirm the account and location
Make sure you are on the intended character and server before pressing Claim. If a code is event- or account-limited, switching characters may change the result. Interpret the response carefully
If the game reports that the code is invalid or unavailable, compare the code with the newest official Facebook post and the dates on the lists you consulted.
