- Enter Sanguine Caverns.
- Follow the path into the area and drop down to the first camp area on the left.
- Open the chest there to collect Deadeye Stone.

The Open Beta client UI classifies Deadeye Stone as a Sidearm Tarstone and displays the effect “Improves ranged Critical Damage.” The UI text snapshot is from build 24459107, checked August 18, 2026.
