In Google Ads, open Billing in the left-side navigation. The billing area includes pages for summaries, transaction activity, invoices and payment settings; manager-account users may also see Payments profiles. The exact destinations and actions available can vary by account setup and access level. Google’s help pages describe the current destinations, but do not confirm which links were newly added or when an update rolled out.

Choose the billing page that matches your task. The options documented by Google Ads Help are Summary, Activity, Invoices Overview and Settings. Manager accounts may also have a Payments profiles destination.

If you do not see a page or action described here, check that you are in the intended account and have the relevant access. Google Ads does not present the same controls to every account.

What each Billing page is for

| Billing Summary | Review recent or current billing information, such as available funds or upcoming payment information where applicable. You may be able to make a payment, depending on the account’s payment arrangement. |
| Billing Activity | Review transactions and how they affect the account balance. Google describes this page as a place to track expenses and credits by date and category. |
| Invoices Overview | View a customizable overview of financial standing, particularly in a manager-account context. |
| Billing Settings | Manage payment methods, payment arrangement, payer details, payment users and contact information, and Google Payments account details. Google Ads Help describes the page as bringing these details together in a redesigned layout. |
Payments profiles in manager accounts
For manager accounts, Google documents a separate Payments profiles destination under Billing. Whether a profile appears and what you can do with it depend on your access and how the profile is linked. Google says a user needs at least read-only access to the paying manager account, or an account above it, to view Payments profiles. Additional actions depend on the user’s role and whether the profile link is Google-managed or user-managed. See Google Ads Help’s explanation of payments profile link types for those distinctions.
Why your menu or payment controls may differ
Billing options depend on the account’s payment arrangement, configuration, country and eligibility. As a result, payment actions such as making a payment may not be available to every user, and a manager-account structure can affect which profiles and controls appear. Google’s guidance on billing options explains that payment methods and eligibility vary.

- A page is missing: confirm that you are in the right Google Ads account and, for a manager account, that your role grants access to the relevant paying manager or profile.
- A payment action is missing: check the account’s payment arrangement and eligible options; the Billing menu alone does not determine whether a payment can be made.
- A profile is visible but actions are limited: permissions and profile link type can restrict changes even when the profile can be viewed.
What is known about the “more links” update
The current Google Ads help documentation identifies Billing in the left navigation and describes the destinations above. It does not provide a dated changelog confirming which menu links were newly added, which accounts received a menu change, or the rollout date. Treat the pages described here as a guide to documented billing destinations, not as a verified before-and-after list.
