Check Events first, then the specific quest, Compendium, event shop, or Pear-Pal mail named in the reward’s instructions. Some rewards unlock automatically; others require finishing a task, exchanging event currency, or selecting Claim. Check each reward’s unlock conditions and deadline in the live game, since events and menu details change by version.
Where rewards come from
- Events: Look for limited-time quests, check-ins, event tasks, and extra reward tasks. Some activities require story progress before they become available. The official Version 2.10 notice describes an event quest, a check-in, and additional rewards on the Events task page.
- Quests and exploration: Main-story, world, and random quests can award resources or unlock activities. Follow the named chapter or prerequisite in the current event notice rather than assuming every quest is available immediately.
- Compendium: The Version 2.9 update notice added collection-level rewards that can be claimed after reaching specified levels. Open the relevant reward section in the current client.
- Event shops and exchanges: Event currency may need to be spent to obtain the reward. Official notices describe Starlit Crystals being exchanged in the Starlit Shop and other task currency being exchanged for rewards. Confirm that the currency and shop belong to the active event.
- Pear-Pal mail: Some rewards and compensation arrive by in-game mail. Open Pear-Pal, check the inbox, and claim any mail item before its displayed expiration.
- Web event pages: Some events have a separate page outside the game. A past official event required selecting Claim on its Whim List page and said unclaimed rewards could not be reissued. That rule applies to that event; read the current page’s own instructions.
How to claim a reward
- Open Events and read the event details. Check the end time, eligibility, unlock conditions, and where rewards are collected. Official notices show that some activities require story progress and close at a fixed time.
- Complete the required check-in or activity. For a check-in, log in on the required days and revisit the event page after its daily refresh. Refresh times can differ: the cited Version 2.10 check-in refreshed at 04:00, but that timing should not be assumed for other events.
- Finish extra tasks and exchange event currency. If the event awards tokens or another currency, open its named exchange page and spend them before the event ends.
- Look for a separate Claim action. A completed task or unlocked milestone may still need a claim tap. Follow the instructions on the event, collection, shop, or web page.
- Check Pear-Pal. Claim rewards delivered by mail, including any compensation or event items, before a stated mail expiration.
Version 2.10 examples—and their deadlines
The following are dated examples from Infold Games’ Version 2.10 notice, not evergreen activities. Verify the live event page before planning around them.

Check deadlines before spending time on an activity or leaving a reward unclaimed. In its 2026 Version 2.9 update notice, Infold Games specifically reminded players to claim Deep Echoes rewards before that event’s deadline: “Please remember to claim your rewards from ‘Deep Echoes’ before then.” This reminder concerns Deep Echoes, not a general rule about every event.

What to check when a reward is missing
- Activity not visible: Check whether the notice lists a story chapter or other prerequisite.
- Task complete, reward absent: Reopen the event or collection page and look for a separate Claim button.
- Currency earned, item not received: Visit the event’s exchange page; currency may not grant the item until you spend it.
- Reward said to be delivered: Check Pear-Pal mail and its expiration details.
- Web event reward: Return to that event’s own page and follow its Claim instructions. Do not assume a web reward is collected automatically in-game.
- Event has ended: Check the official notice and current client for the event’s rules. A past Whim List event warned that unclaimed rewards could not be reissued, but that does not establish the policy for every event.
Redeem codes are a separate question
The official notices cited here do not establish a current redeem-code list or a complete current code-redemption procedure. Treat third-party code lists cautiously, especially when they do not give a current official source or expiry date. This guide covers rewards available through activities, exchanges, collection milestones, and mail—not unverified codes.
