Start with your PC case maker’s official parts store or spare-parts list, using the exact case model and variant. If the panel is not listed, contact the maker’s support team before ordering elsewhere. Side panels are case-specific, and the title alone does not identify a compatible part.
What to identify before you shop
Write down the case manufacturer and its complete model name or number. Include any revision and color shown on the case label, product paperwork, or manufacturer’s page; a broad model family may include variants with different panels.

Then identify the panel you need. Check whether it is the left or right side, whether it is tinted or clear, and whether you need a complete panel or only glass attached to a frame, hinge, handle, or trim. These details affect compatibility as much as the case name.

Where to look for a compatible replacement
Check the case maker’s parts catalog
Search the manufacturer’s official parts store or spare-parts list using the exact case model. Listings can identify glass by case family and part number. For example, Corsair’s spare-parts catalog includes case-specific replacement glass entries, including 3200D panels in black and white and a glass panel entry for the 9000D/1000D.

Corsair says replacement panels for its current lineup and select legacy models may be available through its online store. Its guidance for 4000, 5000, and 7000 Series cases advises contacting support if the panel for a particular model is unavailable. A listing for one case or series is not evidence that it fits another.
Ask the manufacturer if the part is not listed
Contact the case maker’s support team with the exact model, panel side, color, and your country or region. Ask for the replacement part number and whether it can be purchased or shipped to your location. Support may be able to identify a part that is not obvious in a catalog, but availability and shipping are not guaranteed.

Use marketplace listings only after verifying fit
You can search a marketplace using the exact case model plus “replacement tempered-glass side panel.” Treat results as leads, not proof of compatibility. Check the seller’s stated models against the manufacturer’s part information, and confirm the panel side, color, mounting points, and return terms. A generic listing that says “PC case glass” does not establish that it will fit your case.

- Case compatibility: The exact model or a manufacturer-confirmed compatible part number should be named.
- Panel orientation: Verify left versus right, and side versus front.
- Appearance and construction: Match tint or color, and check whether the listing is for glass alone or a complete framed panel with its hinge, handle, or trim.
- Mounting: Compare the attachment method and mounting points with your original panel and the maker’s instructions.
- Material: Confirm whether the replacement is tempered glass or another material. Do not assume a different material is suitable without checking dimensions, mounting, and clearance.
- Practical purchase details: Check current stock, shipping to your region, total price including shipping, seller identity, and return conditions before paying.
What manufacturer examples show—and what they do not
Official examples illustrate why model-specific checks matter; they are not interchangeable recommendations for an unknown case.

- Corsair 2800X: Corsair’s replacement-panel guide identifies left-side tempered-glass panel variants for black and white cases and says replacement panels are available from Corsair. It also includes handling guidance for that model.
- ASUS ROG Hyperion GR701: ASUS’s glass replacement instructions describe reusing the GR701’s hinge and grip. They explain a repair procedure; they do not establish that ASUS sells a replacement panel.
- ASUS TUF Gaming GT501: ASUS provides glass removal and installation instructions recommending gloves, a stable surface, and careful handling. Those instructions do not confirm a replacement SKU is available.
- SSUPD Xhuttle: SSUPD says its Xhuttle glass panel is replaceable and describes a 3 mm specification and a custom acrylic alternative. Those details apply to the Xhuttle only; they are not general dimensions or material advice for other cases.
If the original panel is unavailable
Ask support whether the part is discontinued, whether another official parts route exists for your region, and whether the maker can confirm a compatible alternative. If considering a made-to-order panel, have its dimensions, mounting, and clearance checked against the case before purchasing. Acrylic is a documented option in the cited guidance for the SSUPD Xhuttle, but that does not make it a verified substitute for other cases.
If no compatible panel can be sourced, compare the effort and total cost of further repair options with replacing the case. The sources cited here do not establish a general cost comparison, so base that decision on current local prices and your specific case.

Handle replacement glass using the case’s instructions
Tempered glass can break during handling. Follow the instructions for your exact model rather than assuming one case’s procedure applies to another. For example, Corsair’s 2800X guide says to remove the glass before positioning the case on a hard surface, keep the panel on a soft, safe surface while working, and leave its anti-shatter film in place. ASUS also advises careful handling in its GR701 and GT501 instructions. These are model-specific directions, not universal steps.
