In Windows 10, the legacy Xbox Networking page is under Settings > Gaming > Xbox Network. On Windows 11, Microsoft’s documented route for ordinary connection details is Start > Settings > Network & internet; that page is not established as a replacement for Xbox NAT or server-connectivity diagnostics. If you’re asking, “Where is Xbox Networking in Windows 11?”, the key distinction is that the familiar Xbox-specific panel is a legacy Windows 10 route.
Find Xbox Network settings in Windows 10
On Windows 10, open Settings > Gaming > Xbox Network to view the legacy Xbox networking diagnostic page, as described by a Microsoft Community forum moderator (Microsoft Community). The page was used to check items such as NAT type, Teredo status, and server connectivity.

Microsoft-hosted Q&A material reproducing Xbox Support guidance also describes a second route: open the Xbox app, select Settings > Network, and check Server connectivity (Microsoft Learn Q&A). This is support guidance associated with an older discussion, not confirmation that the same app page is available in every current Windows installation.

For general connection status and network properties, go to Start > Settings > Network & internet. Microsoft documents this route for Windows 10 and Windows 11, including access to Wi-Fi or Ethernet details (Microsoft Support).

That general settings area should not be assumed to include the Xbox-specific NAT or server-connectivity test. The available Microsoft Windows 11 guidance does not establish a current Xbox Networking diagnostic page there. Older moderator guidance mentions Xbox Console Companion > Settings > Network, but its present availability is unverified; treat it as a legacy route rather than a guaranteed Windows 11 option (Microsoft Community).
What “Blocked” server connectivity means
In the reproduced Xbox Support guidance, a Blocked result means the PC could not establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. Possible causes listed include Windows Firewall being disabled, security software changing Windows Firewall configuration, or required Windows services being stopped or disabled (Microsoft Learn Q&A).

If the diagnostic also says “Teredo is unable to qualify,” follow Teredo troubleshooting guidance before running the test again. Do not turn off Windows Firewall as a workaround. To inspect its status, open Windows Security > Firewall & network protection; Microsoft also documents advanced firewall rules through the classic firewall interface (Microsoft Support). Check the configuration and use Microsoft’s troubleshooting instructions rather than disabling protection.

Windows 10 support status
Windows 10 support ended on October 14, 2025. Microsoft no longer provides free Windows Update software updates, technical assistance, or security fixes for Windows 10 (Microsoft Support). This matters if you are relying on the legacy Xbox Network page on a Windows 10 PC: the navigation path may still be present, but Windows 10 is no longer receiving standard support.
