The CRTV broadcast tells you the order to read four pharmacy posters; their clues give the digits. You must enter the pharmacy with the Scalpel first—the combination opens the locker, not the pharmacy door.
How to reach the pharmacy locker
- Use Zoe’s Lanyard at the clinic entrance to get inside.
- Go to the Z Ellis room and take the Scalpel from the green box.
- Return to the pharmacy and use the Scalpel on its door.
- In the pharmacy, inspect the posters and the CRTV broadcast, then enter 6539 on the rusty locker in the back room.
These are separate locks: the Scalpel gets you into the pharmacy; 6539 is for the locker inside.

How the four poster clues make 6539
The broadcast supplies the sequence. Read the poster clues in that order:

Putting the digits together in broadcast order gives 6-5-3-9. For the first poster, count the fingers depicted; the clue is not asking you to count both hands.

What the locker note is used for
The locker contains the Prescription Dosage Error note. At the clinic scales, the reported placement is the Broken Stethoscope on the left, the note in the middle, and Zoe’s Lanyard on the right.
If the code or route does not work
- The pharmacy door stays locked: Use the Scalpel from the Z Ellis room. The locker code does not open the pharmacy entrance.
- You cannot get into the clinic: Try Zoe’s Lanyard at the clinic entrance.
- The clue seems correct but progress has not advanced: Check the CRTV signal and make sure you have collected the linked item. One walkthrough reports that progress can depend on collecting related clues or items.
- Your poster clues appear different: Available walkthroughs do not establish whether the puzzle changes by difficulty or game update. Follow the clues shown in your own game rather than assuming the reported code applies to every configuration.
Walkthrough reports agree on 6539, the broadcast-and-poster method, and the note’s role. The most detailed clue breakdown is an intermediary guide that attributes its solution to GamesRadar and PowerPyx; it also says it was not replayed on every difficulty or platform. These are reported solutions, not a claim of firsthand verification across all builds.
