If your POCO C95 Pro charges slowly, check the charger, cable, connections and what the phone is doing while it charges. If its battery drains quickly, look at battery or power usage to find apps and features using the most energy. POCO specifies 45W turbo charging for this model and recommends a Xiaomi 45W adapter, but neither a new charger nor a settings change can fix a faulty battery or charging port.
What charging and battery performance to expect
The POCO C95 Pro has a 7,500 mAh typical-capacity battery and supports 45W turbo charging. POCO recommends a Xiaomi 45W adapter, which is not included in the box. Check the exact model, charging compatibility and plug type for your region before choosing an adapter. POCO’s C95 Pro specifications establish a baseline, not a guarantee that every charger advertised as 45W will deliver the same result.

POCO says its testing found that 35 minutes of charging provides “all-day power” and that a full charge takes 96 minutes. Those are manufacturer test claims, not promised charging times for every owner; charging source, phone use and environmental conditions can affect the result. Its battery-life figures—including up to two days of use—are also simulated, “up to” results based on moderate daily use, not a prediction for an individual phone. If your POCO C95 Pro charges slowly
1. Compare charging under consistent conditions
Note the starting and ending battery percentage and the length of the charging period. For a useful comparison, use the same outlet, compatible charger and cable, and avoid demanding phone use during the interval. Do not treat charging from a computer USB port or power bank as a like-for-like comparison with a compatible wall adapter.

2. Check the charger, cable and connections
Use a sound, compatible wall charger and cable. Inspect the cable for visible damage, then make sure the adapter is firmly in the outlet, the cable is fully seated in the adapter, and the phone-side connector is secure. Xiaomi notes that a poor connection at the phone can result in slower USB charging. If you have access to a known-good compatible cable or adapter, try it to help isolate the cause. POCO’s recommendation is a Xiaomi 45W adapter; verify the regional listing and plug before buying one. 3. Reduce power use while charging
Gaming, video playback and other intensive activity can consume power while the phone is connected, making charging appear slower. Stop high-power tasks, close apps you do not need, and check whether charging improves when the screen is off. Xiaomi’s general guidance recommends avoiding intensive phone use during charging. 4. Update the system, then escalate if needed
Check for an available system update and install it if appropriate. If slow charging persists after you have checked the connections and tried a known-good compatible charger and cable, contact an authorized service center for inspection rather than assuming a higher-wattage charger will solve it. Xiaomi recommends service if charging remains slow after basic checks.

1. Find what is using the battery
Open the phone’s battery or power-consumption settings and review the usage ranking. Menu labels and locations can vary by system version, so look for the battery usage or power consumption section in Settings. Check whether a particular app, display feature or background process is consuming more power than expected. Close apps that do not need to keep running. 2. Adjust display and other energy-intensive features
Lower screen brightness and, if acceptable to you, select a lower refresh rate. Turn off energy-intensive display options and haptics when you do not need them. These changes can reduce power use, though the trade-off may be a dimmer display, less fluid motion or less tactile feedback. 3. Update and observe comparable use
Check for a system update, then observe battery use over a comparable period and under ordinary usage. If the phone continues to drain unusually quickly despite closing unnecessary apps and reducing power-intensive settings, arrange after-sales inspection. A charger purchase is not a remedy for unexplained battery drain. Xiaomi’s support guidance recommends service when basic measures do not resolve excessive consumption.

When to stop troubleshooting and get service
Stop charging and seek authorized evaluation if the phone becomes hot while connected despite not being in use. Repeated rapid drain after overheating is also a reason for inspection, not simply more changes to brightness or background settings. Xiaomi’s safety guidance gives an operating temperature range of 0°C to 40°C, says not to charge a wet device, and advises against attempting to replace a built-in battery yourself.
