If a LEGO.com order arrived without an expected gift-with-purchase (GWP), first check LEGO Order Status for another shipment or tracking number. LEGO says an order can arrive in multiple boxes. If there is no other shipment listed, contact LEGO customer service with your order number and the specific promotion so they can check the order.
Check that your order qualified for the offer
GWPs are tied to specific promotions, which may apply only to selected sets and have their own terms. Check the offer attached to your order and confirm that your purchase met its requirements; do not assume a threshold or promotion dates from another offer apply. LEGO’s US promotions page describes current and past offers and links to their terms: Free Gift with Purchase on Selected Sets.

Look for a separate shipment
Open LEGO Order Status and check whether the order has more than one tracking number. LEGO says orders may be split among multiple boxes, so the GWP could be in a separate parcel. If another shipment is listed, check its tracking before treating the gift as missing.

Contact LEGO if there is no other shipment
If Order Status shows no additional shipment, LEGO’s guidance is to get in touch. Provide your order number, name the missing GWP and identify the promotion. Ask support to confirm whether the order qualified and what resolution is available. LEGO’s public guidance does not specify whether it will resend the gift, provide a substitute or offer another remedy, nor does it state a response deadline.

Use the contact options for your country
Contact details vary by country. Use LEGO’s customer service page to find the appropriate route for the country where you placed the order, rather than relying on a phone number listed for another region.
Do not confuse missing-gift support with return instructions
LEGO’s US returns guidance says: “If your order included a gift with purchase, please include it when returning the qualifying item or order.” That instruction applies when the GWP was received and the qualifying purchase is being returned. It is not a direction to return an order when the gift never arrived. Return rules may vary by region and date; the US page’s 90-day return window is not a deadline for reporting a missing GWP.
