But those specifications do not establish how evenly or quickly it cooks, how noisy it is, or how well it holds up over time. This is a specification-led review, not a hands-on performance test.

How its functions and temperature range affect its usefulness
Chefman lists five functions: air fry, bake, roast, rotisserie and dehydrate. That range makes the appliance more versatile on paper than a basic air fryer, particularly for someone who expects to use the rotisserie or drying function. The product page also lists 17 presets, an interior light and a viewing window. The U.S. model’s listed 95°F minimum may be relevant for low-temperature tasks such as dehydration. Do not transfer that range to the Canadian version: Chefman’s Canadian page identifies model RJ38-10-RDO-V2-CA and lists 200–400°F instead. Capacity, racks and accessories
The 10-quart figure describes the manufacturer’s stated capacity, not a guarantee about how much food can be arranged in a single layer or cooked evenly at once. The 12 × 12 × 15-inch body also needs counter space and clearance appropriate to the appliance’s placement instructions; the listed dimensions do not include any additional clearance recommendation.

Official Chefman materials name racks, a rotisserie spit and forks, a rotating basket, a drip tray and a retrieval tool. Chefman’s feature list cannot answer the questions that matter most in day-to-day use: whether food browns evenly across racks, how quickly it cooks, whether the rotisserie works well with typical meal sizes, or how loud the appliance is.
