P@SHA’s published application page lists two membership categories: Associate costs PKR 5,000 once for registration plus PKR 20,000 annually, while Corporate costs PKR 5,000 once plus PKR 50,000 annually. The category depends on annual turnover, but P@SHA says both receive the same core benefits. Applicants need a Pakistan-registered place of business, qualifying technology-related business activity, and company and tax documents.
How much does P@SHA membership cost?
P@SHA’s membership application page publishes these joining fees:
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
| Category | Annual turnover | One-time registration | Annual fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Associate | Below PKR 50 million | PKR 5,000 | PKR 20,000 |
| Corporate | PKR 50 million or above | PKR 5,000 | PKR 50,000 |
The registration charge is one-time; the listed annual fee is recurring. The page describes the turnover-based distinction as a way to support representation for companies of different sizes, not as a difference in core services.

Those historical, period-specific renewal totals should not be treated as current joining fees; use the application page for its presently listed fee schedule and confirm the amount payable with P@SHA if your case is unusual.

Who is eligible to apply?
P@SHA identifies software development, IT services, and IT-enabled services businesses as eligible. Its current application page also lists SaaS, AI, product, BPO/KPO, and technology consultancy companies, as well as Pakistan-registered companies with a majority technology focus. Applicants need a registered place of business in Pakistan.
If your company has mixed activities or it is unclear whether technology is its principal focus, ask P@SHA’s service desk how it applies the eligibility criteria before relying on an assumption.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How long does membership last, and what rules apply?
P@SHA’s membership FAQ says: “A P@SHA membership is granted for one (01) year and expires on March 31st of each year, irrespective of the date the membership was originally granted.” In practice, a company joining partway through a cycle should account for the March 31 expiry when assessing how much time remains in its membership year.
- One membership represents one company; a company may not hold multiple memberships.
- A parent company may register sister or child companies separately.
- Membership cannot be transferred to another party.
- If the member changes its legal status or name, it may request an update to its membership record.
P@SHA directs members to Articles 2–6 of its Articles of Association for the governing rules. For an edge case with legal or governance implications, consult those articles or the membership team.

How should a company decide whether to join?
Start with the company’s annual turnover to identify the published category and recurring fee. Since P@SHA says both categories receive the same core benefits, the published schedule does not support treating Corporate as a higher service tier. Then assess whether the company expects useful value from policy representation, business introductions, networking, training, recognition, or specific discounts whose current terms P@SHA has confirmed.
Budget for the one-time registration charge and the applicable annual fee, and consider the March 31 expiry rule when timing an application. Treat stated benefits as access to association activities and offers rather than a promise of a particular commercial outcome.
