Is main character energy a diagnosis?
No. “Main character energy” is informal internet slang, not a clinical term or diagnosis. Healthline makes the same distinction for “main character energy” and the related expression “main character syndrome.” The phrase alone is not evidence that someone has a mental-health condition.
