GoodLinks is an Apple-platform app for saving articles to read later, viewing cleaner versions, and organizing links. It works across iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with imports, highlights, notes, and export tools. Its developer says sync uses iCloud and does not require a separate web-service account; that is the publisher’s description, not an independent privacy guarantee.
What can you do with GoodLinks?
GoodLinks is designed to collect articles from apps and browsers so you can return to them later. Capture links through share extensions or browser add-ons, then use its reading view to reduce page clutter. The publisher also lists offline access, tags, search, highlights, notes, widgets, Shortcuts, and exports to PDF, plain text, or Markdown. GoodLinks press kit · GoodLinks product page

How do sync and saved article copies work?
The publisher says GoodLinks syncs through iCloud without requiring another web-service account. Its separate Article Sync feature saves article and image copies in iCloud, so a saved copy can remain available if the original webpage is removed. Image syncing can be controlled. Article Sync is a premium feature, although the App Store listing describes eligibility exceptions for some recent purchasers or existing subscribers; check the listing for the terms that apply to your purchase. What does GoodLinks cost?
The publisher’s press kit lists a $9.99 purchase and says it includes current features plus one year of feature upgrades. After that year, later features require another in-app purchase; features already unlocked remain available. The US App Store listing also showed $9.99 when reviewed, but the press kit does not date its price and this is not a guarantee of today’s price in other storefronts. Confirm the price and purchase terms shown for your Apple ID before buying. GoodLinks press kit · US App Store listing

Who is GoodLinks a good fit for?
It is aimed at people who want to save reading material and manage it within Apple’s device ecosystem. Its documented strengths are the capture-and-read workflow, imports from named services, organization and annotation tools, and Apple-platform integration. The published material does not establish a balanced, current feature comparison with competing apps, so assess any alternative against your own needs—especially supported devices, import options, sync setup, retained article copies, export formats, and the cost of later features.
