Dexerto reproduced the following English warning in its report, attributing it to the anime’s creators:

What is FX Fighter Kurumi-chan about?
The official anime site describes Kurumi Fukuga as a university student who starts FX trading in an attempt to recover the 20 million yen her late mother lost. That figure is part of the fictional premise, not a real-world measure of trading losses. The anime adapts a manga written by Demunyan and illustrated by Daisuki Tansan, published under KADOKAWA’s MF Comics Flapper Series imprint.

The official schedule lists AT-X, TOKYO MX, BS11 and Kansai TV, along with early streaming services d Anime Store, ABEMA, U-NEXT and Anime Hodai from October 1. Crunchyroll included the show in its Fall 2026 lineup with an October 1 subtitle airtime and reported on October 2 that episode 1 was available. It also said the English dub would be released weekly alongside the Japanese version. Streaming access depends on territory and service, so check the provider directly for current availability.

Is the anime actually “going viral”?
“Goes viral” is the wording used in Dexerto’s headline. The cited coverage does not provide independent view, share or reach figures, so it does not establish a measurable level of virality. What is documented is that the first episode opens with an unusually explicit financial-risk warning.
