The original listing describes a Bootstrap-based responsive layout for mobile and desktop. Colorlib’s September 2026 roundup later says its form collection was rebuilt as dependency-free HTML and CSS, with some vanilla JavaScript, and that the designs can be used on their own or in Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 projects.
