Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteFor a wedding planner’s business website, the most useful examples show how to make the work visible, explain a distinctive offer, and guide prospective clients toward an inquiry. The 33 sites below illustrate different approaches—from destination portfolios to regional specialists and established names. Treat them as inspiration, not templates: the right design depends on who you serve, where you work, and what clients need to know before contacting you.
33 wedding planner website examples to explore
The selection below draws on the examples identified in Colorlib’s 2026 roundup. Its headline says 33, but its introduction says 34 and its entries run through number 34; this article selects 33 rather than repeating the roundup’s conflicting count. Platform labels are included only where the roundup supplied them. They are not a current technical audit, and a label does not establish that a site still uses that platform. See Colorlib’s roundup, and check each live site before relying on a design or platform detail.

What strong planner websites make easy to understand
What the planner does and whom they serve
State the services, geographic area, and kind of client or event the business is best suited to serve. The examples point to useful ways to make that specific: destination weddings, coastal or vineyard settings, elopements, multicultural celebrations, and nontraditional events. A prospective client should not have to infer whether the planner works in their region or offers the help they need.

What the work actually looks like
Portfolio photography gives visitors a quick way to judge style. Use images of work the business has permission to show; add captions when they clarify the event type, location, or the planner’s role. A gallery is more useful when it demonstrates the kind of work the business wants to book, rather than presenting images without context.
Why a visitor should trust the business
Real testimonials, verified awards, relevant press, experience, and clearly described services can all support credibility. Treat an “as seen in” label or award badge as a claim to verify, not independent proof by itself. Values can also help a prospective client decide whether the planner’s approach fits, as BLB Events demonstrates with its stated commitments.

What to do next
Make the inquiry or contact route easy to find, and avoid competing calls to action that leave visitors unsure where to begin. Check the site on a phone as well as a desktop: image-heavy portfolios should remain usable on a small screen, and the intended next action should stay clear.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteChoose a design that fits the business, not a trend
Romantic type, soft colors, whitespace, and abundant photography are common in wedding-site inspiration roundups, but they are not requirements. The examples also include earthy palettes, bold or playful identities, and unconventional positioning. Use color, typography, image treatment, and copy to reinforce the audience and offer rather than imitate a popular look.

A well-known planner may be able to lead with a name and restrained design. A newer business may need to make services, location, and portfolio evidence visible sooner. Likewise, an attractive style is not enough if the site leaves clients uncertain about what the planner does or how to get in touch.
Sitebuilder Report’s January 2026 roundup describes soft colors, romantic typography, whitespace, and photography as recurring design choices. Consider that a description of common approaches, not a universal formula or proof that one visual style performs best. Zarla’s guide, updated in September 2026, also discusses phone loading and clear calls to action. Its page is commercially connected to its own website builder, so those points are editorial guidance rather than independent user-testing results.

How to compare examples and website platforms
Use an example to study how its design serves the business, not to conclude that the underlying platform is best for every planner. Colorlib labels examples using Squarespace, Wix, Showit, WordPress, and GoDaddy Website Builder, but those attributions may change and are not a fresh technical audit.

These are business-site questions, not necessarily the same ones couples ask when choosing a personal wedding website. The Knot’s 2026 comparison covers tools such as guest lists, registries, templates, cost, and editing for couples planning their own celebrations. It reports that 90% of respondents in its 2026 Real Weddings Study made a personal wedding website; The Knot says the study surveyed roughly 10,000 couples married the previous year. That figure applies to couples’ wedding websites, not the share of wedding planners with business websites or evidence that a particular planner site converts.
