Which certification tracks are covered?
The bundle is presented as preparation for several different exam objectives, not as a single course or a ranking of certification options. Course details and lecture counts below are reported by Cult of Mac Deals, not independently measured.
#1 Best Overall
| Track | Reported course details | What the article says it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Tech+ (FC0-U71) | 98 lectures; more than 8 hours | Technology fundamentals |
| A+ (Core 1 220-1201 and Core 2 220-1202) | 227 lectures; more than 16 hours | Computer hardware and operating systems, with hands-on labs and virtualization exercises |
| Network+ (N10-009) | 196 lectures; more than 14 hours | Networking concepts and troubleshooting, with exercises involving Packet Tracer and Wireshark |
The bundle’s total of 168 hours spans all nine courses; the individual course durations above describe only the tracks for which the deal article gives specific figures. Before studying, compare the course material with the objectives and version of the exam you plan to take.
Does completing the courses make you CompTIA certified?
No. The offer includes certificates of completion for training, not CompTIA certifications. Cult of Mac Deals puts the distinction plainly: “Certificates of completion are included with the training, though those shouldn’t be confused with the actual CompTIA certifications themselves.” You would need to meet CompTIA’s requirements and pass the relevant exam to earn a CompTIA certification; buying or completing this bundle alone does not award one.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Who might find this useful?
The bundle may suit someone who wants a single purchase covering introductory IT topics and preparation for several CompTIA exam tracks. Its descriptions of labs, virtualization, Packet Tracer and Wireshark indicate practical exercises are included in parts of the A+ and Network+ material, but the deal article does not independently assess their depth or quality.
