These details come from a secondary report, not an official Y37+ specification sheet; vivo’s official pages cited here document a different phone, the Y37 (model V2357A).

Is the vivo Y37 Plus the same phone as the vivo Y37?
They should not be treated as the same model based on the name alone. vivo’s official China product specification page and user manual identify the Y37 as model V2357A; both cover Y37, not Y37+. The official records therefore do not establish the Y37+ specifications.

Those are Y37 figures, not substitutes for missing Y37+ confirmation. The official Y37 pages also list different memory and storage options, OriginOS 4 based on Android 14, Bluetooth 5.4, USB-C 2.0 and a 3.5mm headphone jack; none of these details is established for Y37+ by the sources cited here.
What the reported price does—and does not—tell you
IT之家 reported a China price of 1,599 yuan for the 8GB/256GB Y37+ configuration. That is a reported price, not confirmation of a current price, stock, or an international launch. The available information does not establish an Amazon listing or any particular seller.

If buying one, verify the exact model name and model number on the listing and device, as well as the sales market, supported network bands, warranty and return terms. The Y37 manual notes that bands may vary by region and carrier, but that manual applies to Y37 (V2357A), not Y37+; it cannot confirm Y37+ compatibility.
What remains unconfirmed for Y37+
- Official model number and a manufacturer-issued full specification sheet.
- Network bands and compatibility with a specific carrier or country.
- Operating system version, update policy and regional software availability.
- Current availability and pricing outside the reported China listing.
- Chassis dimensions, accessory fit, charging standard and whether a charger is included.
Do not assume a Y37 case, screen protector, charger or other accessory fits the Y37+. The reported display size does not establish physical dimensions or precise cutout placement, and the cited report does not identify a charging standard or in-box charger.
