The vivo X300 and Google Pixel 11 are similarly sized phones with different spec-sheet priorities: vivo lists a higher-resolution LTPO display, a 200MP main camera and higher-wattage charging, while Google lists its Tensor G6 chip, a 5x telephoto camera and Qi2.2 wireless charging. This vivo X300 vs Google Pixel 11 specs comparison covers what manufacturers publish—and why a reliable price difference cannot be stated without matching country, storage, tax treatment and seller.

How the displays compare
The screen sizes are nearly identical: 6.31 inches for the X300 and 6.3 inches for the Pixel 11. Their listed resolution and refresh specifications differ. vivo specifies 2640 × 1216 and adaptive 1–120Hz on an LTPO AMOLED panel; Google specifies 1080 × 2424 and 60–120Hz on an OLED panel.
The manufacturers’ brightness figures use different labels and measurement terms: vivo gives a 4500-nit local peak specification, while Google lists up to 2000 nits HDR and 3000 nits peak. Those figures should not be treated as a like-for-like brightness test.

Chipsets: Dimensity 9500 vs Tensor G6
vivo lists the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, manufactured on a 3nm process, and Google lists its Tensor G6. The specifications alone do not establish which phone is faster, runs cooler, or sustains performance better. No comparable independent benchmark results are established here, so a performance winner would be speculation.
Camera hardware: high-resolution sensors vs a listed 5x telephoto
The X300’s listed rear setup is 200MP + 50MP + 50MP, and vivo also specifies a 50MP front camera. Google’s Pixel 11 specification lists a 48MP wide, 13MP ultrawide and 10.8MP 5x telephoto rear camera. The configurations make different hardware choices, but megapixel counts do not show how photos compare in detail, color, low light or motion. The listed specifications are not camera test results.
Battery life and charging are not an apples-to-apples comparison
vivo specifies a typical 6040mAh battery outside Europe, but lists 5360mAh for Austria and Hungary. Its charging specification is up to 90W wired and 40W wireless FlashCharge. Google lists a typical 4985mAh battery and claims 30+ hours of battery life; it also specifies up to 55% charge in about 30 minutes when using a 30W USB-C PPS charger or higher, plus Qi2.2 wireless charging up to 25W.

1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesThese are different kinds of claims: battery capacity, a manufacturer battery-life claim, maximum charging rates and a stated charging-time condition. They do not establish which phone lasts longer in equivalent use, and charging figures depend on the specified protocol and conditions.

On the stated dimensions, the X300 is 2.23mm shorter, 0.08mm narrower and 0.65mm thinner than the Pixel 11, and its listed weight is 7g lower. These are manufacturer measurements; case choice and regional variants may affect what a buyer carries.
The global vivo page lists 12GB+256GB and 16GB+512GB configurations. Google lists 12GB RAM with 256GB or 512GB storage. Check the exact local SKU before buying because available variants can differ by market.
Price difference: what can be established
vivo China’s official page lists suggested retail prices for the X300 from October 2025. Those prices are for China and are not a universal or current local price comparison. The cited Google Pixel 11 specification page labels the device a 2026 model but does not state a purchase price. The available figures therefore do not support a matched-market price difference.

Prices are vivo China suggested retail prices on its page, checked in 2026; the page gives October 2025 as the X300 launch month. A fair price comparison for a particular buyer needs local prices for both phones on the same date, with comparable storage, taxes and seller type. No Pixel 11 price for a matched market is established by the cited specifications.
Which phone’s listed features fit your priorities?
- Consider the X300’s specifications if the listed higher-resolution LTPO screen, 200MP rear camera hardware or up-to-90W wired and 40W wireless charging are priorities for you.
- Consider the Pixel 11’s specifications if Google Tensor G6, a rear camera setup that includes a 5x telephoto, or Qi2.2 wireless charging up to 25W better fits what you want.
- Do not choose on an assumed performance, photo-quality or battery-life winner: the manufacturer specifications here do not provide equivalent tests for those outcomes.
Software experience, real-world camera output and sustained performance are not established by these specifications. Check local network bands, eSIM compatibility, exact storage SKU and availability with the manufacturer or carrier for the country where you plan to use the phone.
