The V80 supports digital wired earphones over USB-C. For standard analog earphones with a 3.5mm plug, vivo says to use a USB-C adapter with a built-in DAC; the adapter is sold separately. Compatibility can vary by adapter model and protocol, so check the adapter’s specifications rather than assuming every USB-C-to-3.5mm connector will work. vivo’s V80 product page provides this audio guidance.
