Brightness figures are manufacturer claims with differing measurement conditions, so they should not be treated as a direct like-for-like brightness test. Water-resistance ratings describe protection under specified test conditions, not a guarantee against water damage. Charging wattage alone also does not establish which phone charges faster in practice. OPPO says a full Reno15 C charge from 0% to 100% takes approximately 64 minutes under its conditions.

Price Difference in India
At launch, the vivo V70 was more expensive at both matching storage tiers. OPPO announced Reno15 C pricing on 4 February 2026 and said sales in India would begin on 5 February through Amazon, Flipkart, retail outlets and OPPO’s e-store. Gadgets 360 reported V70 launch prices on 19 February 2026, with sales through Flipkart and vivo’s online store.

Which Phone Has the Better Camera?
Choose vivo V70 for dedicated optical zoom
The V70 has a dedicated 50MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, in addition to its main and ultra-wide cameras. That makes it the more clearly specified choice for framing distant subjects or portraits with a separate telephoto lens. The specifications alone do not establish which phone takes better photos overall.

Choose OPPO Reno15 C for wide-angle selfies
Both phones list a 50MP front camera, but OPPO specifies that the Reno15 C’s is ultra-wide with a 100° field of view. That framing can help fit more people into a selfie. On the rear, the Reno15 C includes a 2MP macro camera rather than a dedicated telephoto camera; compare the camera types to the subjects you actually shoot rather than relying on megapixel counts alone.
Performance, Display and Battery Differences
V70 has the stronger listed platform and sharper resolution
The V70 pairs a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The Reno15 C uses a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1; its LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage details come from 91mobiles’ comparison listing. On paper, the V70 has the higher-tier processor and newer listed memory and storage generations, but those specifications are not a substitute for a real-world performance test.

The screens are close in size and both support refresh rates up to 120Hz. The V70’s 2750 × 1260 resolution is higher than the Reno15 C’s FHD+ listing, so it is the sharper option on the published specifications. Reno15 C has the higher stated battery capacity
OPPO lists a 7,000mAh battery for the Reno15 C, compared with vivo’s 6,500mAh typical capacity for the V70. The Reno15 C therefore has the larger stated capacity, but capacity figures alone cannot determine actual battery life: usage, software and other conditions matter. The V70 lists 90W charging and the Reno15 C 80W SUPERVOOC; the wattage figures by themselves do not establish comparative charging time.
