The vivo X200 FE is the smaller, lighter option, with a dedicated 50 MP telephoto camera and a 50 MP selfie camera. The Motorola Edge 70 Max gives you a larger, sharper 144 Hz display, a higher listed battery capacity and Qi2 wireless charging. Which is the better buy depends on your preferred size, camera setup and local price: the prices reported for India and Spain are not directly comparable.

Choose Motorola for a larger, sharper, faster-refresh screen

The Edge 70 Max offers a 1440 × 3168 resolution and refresh rates up to 144 Hz; the X200 FE lists 1216 × 2640 and up to 120 Hz. Motorola also advertises 7,000-nit peak brightness. Treat that as a manufacturer peak specification, not a guarantee of sustained brightness outdoors. The figures describe hardware, not a controlled comparison of perceived display quality.
