What the differences mean in everyday use
Screen size or display quality?
The T4 Lite has the larger screen at 6.74 inches, which may suit someone who prefers more viewing area. The X300 FE’s 6.31-inch display is smaller, but its AMOLED panel has a higher stated resolution and refresh rate. Choose based on whether you prioritize screen size or the X300 FE’s listed display specifications; the numbers alone do not establish how either screen looks in every setting.
Camera flexibility, not a guaranteed photo-quality ranking
The X300 FE has dedicated telephoto and wide-angle rear cameras, with OIS specified for its main and telephoto cameras. The T4 Lite lists a 50MP main camera and a 2MP bokeh camera. That hardware gives the X300 FE more listed camera roles, but megapixel counts and specifications are not a substitute for comparable photo testing, so they do not prove which phone takes better pictures.

- 📏 [LENGTH] 100cm / 3 feet.
vivo says its ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 is compatible with the X300 FE and must be purchased separately. It is an optional accessory, not part of the phone’s listed camera hardware; check the current availability and exact accessory variant on vivo’s X300 FE product overview.
Performance and storage
The processor specifications put the X300 FE in a substantially higher hardware tier on paper. Its listed India configurations also start at 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, while the T4 Lite range starts at 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. These differences may matter if you need a higher memory or storage tier, but there is no comparable test here to quantify real-world speed.

Battery capacity and charging

Capacity and charging specifications do not establish actual battery life or charging time: those depend on use and conditions, and no direct comparative test is established here.

vivo lists IP64 for the T4 Lite and IP68/IP69 for the X300 FE. These ratings are not a promise that a phone is waterproof or immune to damage. vivo specifically cautions that the T4 Lite’s resistance to splashes, water and dust is not permanent and may be reduced by daily wear. Review the manufacturer’s instructions and warranty terms rather than treating an IP rating as permission to expose a phone to water.

Which phone should you choose?
- Choose the T4 Lite 5G if your priority is a lower observed listing price, a larger 6.74-inch screen, or a microSD slot.
- Choose the X300 FE if you want its smaller, higher-resolution AMOLED display, more varied listed camera system, higher-tier processor specifications, faster charging options or higher published IP ratings—and its price fits your budget.
- Compare exact variants before deciding: the ₹71,000 observed listing difference is between 4GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB, not equivalent configurations. Live prices can change.
Neither phone is the universal better buy. The T4 Lite is the more budget-oriented choice in the cited listings; the X300 FE’s extra cost buys a more premium set of published specifications, but whether those features are worth it depends on your priorities.
