Those are historical company claims and may not describe every current configuration; confirm the specifications for the exact unit before purchase.
How should you interpret the stated range and specifications?
Veo’s shop FAQ lists a top speed of 17 mph and a range of up to 45 miles for both models. It says range varies with rider weight and usage conditions, including weather and temperature. “Up to” is an upper-bound manufacturer claim, not a guaranteed distance for an everyday trip. The cited sources do not provide independent testing that establishes typical real-world range, ride quality, or comparative safety.

The same FAQ states a 350 lb maximum weight capacity and a comfortable rider height range of 5 ft to 6 ft 7 in. These remain manufacturer-published specifications; verify them against the current manual or product listing for the configuration being considered.
