Choose DashClicks if your main need is a documented workflow for ordering and managing white-label content. Consider Vendasta if you want content fulfillment alongside a broader marketplace and customer-acquisition platform. Neither provider can be named the price or performance winner from the available vendor pages: compare written quotes and workflows against the same scope before deciding.

How DashClicks’ content workflow works
DashClicks documents a sequence that can help an agency manage content orders without designing every step itself. Its service materials describe onboarding, topic selection and approval, order tracking, and publishing. The exact terms should be confirmed directly because provider documentation and services can change.
Topic selection and approvals
DashClicks says its team initially presents about 20 suggested topics and the partner selects 10. As that supply is used, the team may request additional topics; how often depends on the service and monthly content volume. The FAQ also says that if the partner does not respond after several requests, the provider may choose topics. An agency that wants client sign-off should assign an approver and set a response deadline before placing an order.
Publishing and edits
DashClicks says that after a blog is published, updates or edits are the partner’s responsibility. That matters if the agency is selling a hands-off service: decide who handles corrections or later changes, and include that work in the agency’s own client agreement rather than assuming it remains with the provider.

Vendasta’s content and client-communication options
Vendasta presents content as part of a broader Marketplace, rather than only as a dedicated writing workflow. Its listings describe blogs as well as creative services including customer video reviews, product videos, animations, virtual tours, business-card design, and logo design. Availability for a particular agency may depend on the current offering, plan, or geography, so verify which formats can actually be ordered for your account.
Keeping fulfillment behind your brand
Vendasta says the fulfillment team can communicate only with the partner when the partner uses its own contact details on order and fulfillment forms. However, Vendasta’s support documentation says that some access requests—for Google Business Profile, Facebook, or a domain registrar—may identify the requesting account as “Digital Agency,” a name that cannot be changed. Vendasta explains the Digital Agency access request. Tell clients about this exception before they receive a request so they can recognize it.
Which provider fits your agency?
Choose DashClicks when content operations are the priority
DashClicks is the more directly documented option if you want a content-specific order process, topic approvals, and tracking. Choose it conditionally: the quoted scope still needs to match your required formats, volume, editorial checks, and service terms.
Consider Vendasta when content belongs in a wider marketing stack
Vendasta is worth considering if you can use its broader Marketplace and customer-management capabilities in addition to content fulfillment. Its positioning around CRM, reputation, listings, and customer acquisition comes from Vendasta itself, not an independent head-to-head assessment.

Compare quotes on equal terms
Do not infer a price winner from the reviewed pages. Request written quotes from both providers using the same brief, quantity, and formats. Compare the operating details as well as the headline cost:
- Deliverable type, number of pieces, and any minimum order or monthly commitment.
- Who researches topics, approves briefs, edits drafts, and publishes the final work.
- Expected turnaround, revision limits, and what happens when a client requests a post-publication change.
- Client access requirements, email identities, dashboards, and other branding visible to clients.
- Integrations, account or client limits, onboarding requirements, cancellation terms, and wholesale-to-retail economics.
Ask each provider to demonstrate the workflow using a representative client brief. A demonstration and like-for-like quote can reveal practical differences that feature descriptions alone do not establish.

What the published claims do—and do not—show
Vendasta’s content page attributes a statistic to Kaleidico: publishing 16 or more blog posts per month is associated with 3.5 times more website traffic than publishing fewer or none. The Vendasta page does not state a year for that attribution, and the underlying source and methods have not been verified here. Treat it as an attributed claim, not proof that publishing at that cadence causes a traffic increase or that one provider produces better results.
Vendasta also presents partner-page figures including “66,000+” partners, “8.5 M+” SMBs, “up to 3x” partner revenue growth, and “98%” average retention among featured partners. These are Vendasta-published claims; the reviewed material does not give enough context or methodology to use them as independent benchmarks or evidence of superiority.
Best Value
Neither provider’s reviewed pages establish comparative content quality, agency ROI, or a reliable price advantage. The strongest supported distinction is operational: DashClicks documents a dedicated content workflow, while Vendasta places content within a broader marketplace and platform.
