Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?
Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minutePC Slower Than It Used to Be?

Smartprix’s comparison pages list prices from ₹23,990 to ₹37,990, but those are shopping leads—not confirmed live offers. If you need Windows-only desktop software, check compatibility carefully: the available listings do not establish a currently priced Windows touchscreen laptop under this budget.

What ChromeOS means for your apps
Every model in the identified current shortlist runs ChromeOS. That can suit buyers whose work is primarily browser-based, but touch input does not make a Chromebook a Windows laptop. If you rely on Windows-only desktop applications, specialist peripherals, or a particular workflow, verify that it works on ChromeOS before buying. The cited search did not establish a currently officially priced Windows touchscreen option below ₹40,000; ASUS India’s touchscreen filter showed no product under that threshold.

Compare memory and storage, not just touch
The listings range from 4GB RAM and 32GB eMMC to 8GB RAM and 128GB eMMC. The HP 14a-nm0006MU is listed with 128GB SSD, while the Lenovo Duet 11 Gen 9 has 128GB eMMC. SSD and eMMC are different storage types, so do not treat the capacity number alone as a complete comparison. Check the exact SKU and the seller’s specification sheet, particularly where a listing omits memory or storage details.
Touchscreen does not automatically mean convertible
A touchscreen responds to finger input; it does not by itself establish a 360-degree hinge, tablet mode, or included stylus. Acer describes the Aspire 3 Spin 14 as a convertible with a 14-inch WUXGA IPS touchscreen and stylus support, but availability below ₹40,000 was not established. Lenovo describes touchscreen as an optional display on the IdeaPad 3i Gen 7, so verify the display configuration of any specific SKU rather than relying on a product-family name.

Verify the purchase before paying
- Match the full model name and suffix on the retailer page to the listing you intend to buy; configurations can differ within a product family.
- Confirm the current price, seller identity, stock status, and delivery terms at checkout. Comparison-page prices are not guaranteed offers.
- Check the listed RAM, storage capacity and type, operating system, and whether the screen is touch-enabled on that exact configuration.
- Review return terms and confirm India warranty coverage for the specific SKU with the seller or manufacturer.
- Check app and accessory compatibility for your intended use before ordering, especially if you need Windows desktop software, a stylus, or a convertible hinge.
Smartprix lists the under-₹40,000 touchscreen models and a broader touchscreen laptop list. Manufacturer information is available from Acer’s Aspire 3 Spin 14 page, Lenovo’s IdeaPad 3i Gen 7 page, and ASUS India’s touchscreen filter.
