There is no single built-in Tkinter widget in these sources that supplies both as one combined picker.
Choose the controls that fit your interface

A practical default is DateEntry plus two Spinboxes when compact, numeric time fields are enough. Choose tkTimePicker when a clock-style or prebuilt time-picker interface is important and the extra dependency is acceptable.
Add a calendar date with tkcalendar
DateEntry behaves like a ttk entry field with a calendar that opens from the control. Use get_date() to retrieve the selected value as a datetime.date; use set_date() to set it from application code. Selecting a day emits the virtual event <<DateEntrySelected>>. The documentation also says invalid typed text is reset to the last valid date when the field loses focus. DateEntry API documentation
Set the locale and date pattern deliberately. The displayed string is not guaranteed to be ISO format across locales; keep display formatting separate from the date object your application stores or processes. The stable documentation identifies itself as version 1.5.0, which does not establish that version as the latest release. tkcalendar stable documentation

Build time fields with Tkinter Spinbox
A time can be represented by separate hour and minute controls. Spinbox accepts a numeric range or a list of explicit values, and supports arrow-based increments while allowing the field to remain editable. The Python reference documents both classic tkinter.Spinbox and the themed ttk.Spinbox; options and styling differ between them. Python 3.14.8 Spinbox reference
For a 24-hour display, an application might offer hours from 00 through 23 and minutes from 00 through 59. Those ranges are a design choice, not a complete validation strategy: decide whether typed values need zero-padding, whether minute increments should skip values, and how to combine the fields into a time value. If you use 12-hour time, include an AM/PM choice and apply it when converting the input.

Use tkTimePicker for a prebuilt time interface
The project describes three styles: a clock picker, an old-spin picker, and a modern-spin picker. Its documentation includes an AnalogPicker example and shows reading the chosen time with time_picker.time() after user confirmation. Treat that as the project’s documented API rather than a guarantee of compatibility with every Python or Tk installation. tkTimePicker README and examples
The project documents installation with pip install tkTimePicker. Before choosing it for a distributed app, check the package and project pages for the release and environment compatibility you need; the cited documentation does not establish a current compatibility matrix.

Install and package with deployment in mind
tkcalendar’s PyPI listing names Tkinter and Babel among its requirements. For a PyInstaller bundle, the project how-to documents adding babel.numbers as a hidden import. Confirm dependencies against the exact package versions in your environment, especially when building for another machine or platform. tkcalendar requirements tkcalendar packaging how-to
Style DateEntry without fighting the theme
Because DateEntry uses ttk styling, configure it through ttk.Style. If a style change does not appear, check which ttk theme is active: the project’s how-to notes that themes can affect styling. tkcalendar styling how-to

Decide based on interaction and implementation effort
- Choose
DateEntrywhen users should select a date from a calendar rather than type the entire value. - Choose Spinboxes when numeric hour-and-minute fields suit the interface and you want to define the format and validation yourself.

tkTimePickerwhen one of its documented clock or spin styles better fits the desired time-selection interaction. - For either third-party package, check the registry and project documentation for the exact release and deployment compatibility you plan to use.
