Lattice’s public materials position its core platform around performance management—not as a dedicated time clock. A Lattice Payroll services document does mention “Time Tracking Setup and Training,” but that alone does not establish which timekeeping features are currently available, where they’re offered, or whether they’re included in a particular plan. If you need employees to record hours in Lattice, confirm the exact workflow with the vendor before choosing it.
Does Lattice have time tracking?
Lattice’s admin guide describes tools for performance reviews, real-time feedback, goals, and one-on-ones. Its listed administrative materials cover performance management, engagement, growth, compensation, and analytics—not a dedicated time-clock product. Lattice’s admin guide therefore does not establish that employees can clock in and out or submit timesheets in the core platform.

There is a separate payroll-related clue: a Lattice Payroll Services statement of work lists “Time Tracking Setup and Training” among its dedicated payroll system trainings. This confirms that time tracking is addressed in a payroll implementation and training context, but it does not describe the product capabilities behind that training.
What the Lattice integrations say about time records
An integration involving a payroll or HR provider does not automatically mean time entries flow into Lattice. The published descriptions reviewed here focus on employee and organizational information rather than time-record synchronization.

- Time entry: Can employees clock in and out, enter timesheets, or use both methods?
- Corrections and approvals: Can employees amend submitted time, and can managers review, approve, or return entries?
- Payroll handoff: How are approved hours exported or synchronized, and in which direction does the data move?
- Coverage: Which regions, worker categories, and pay schedules are supported?
- Availability and cost: Which plan includes the required features, and are implementation or integration fees extra? For an ADP connection, specifically confirm any additional monthly charge.
- Reporting: Can administrators see and export the hours, approvals, and corrections needed for payroll and compliance?
When Lattice may fit—and when the evidence is not enough
Lattice may be relevant if you are evaluating its payroll services and want timekeeping addressed during implementation. The public materials cited above do not provide enough detail to determine whether it meets a particular organization’s needs for clock-in/out, timesheets, approvals, payroll exports, geographic coverage, or plan availability. If you already use Gusto, ADP, or TriNet with Lattice, verify separately whether time records transfer; the published integration descriptions cited here do not say that they do.
For a purchasing decision, compare the actual time-entry method, approval and correction workflow, payroll handoff, regional and employee coverage, plan requirements, and extra fees. Treat each as an item to confirm with Lattice and the relevant provider, rather than inferring timekeeping functionality from a general HRIS or payroll connection.
