Ticketmaster’s public U.S. help pages do not define error code U710, so its specific cause—and a guaranteed fix—cannot be confirmed from those instructions. First check whether your order already went through. Then follow the on-screen message and use the troubleshooting steps below; if you are in a queue, protect your place before changing anything.
What does Ticketmaster error code U710 mean?
Ticketmaster’s general error guidance does not list U710 or connect it to a particular cause. The code alone therefore does not establish that your account was blocked, that a VPN caused the problem, or that any one troubleshooting step will resolve it. Ticketmaster also cautions that its general instructions may not apply to the exact error and advises following any directions shown on screen. Ticketmaster’s error guidance is general access advice, not a U710-specific explanation.

What to do before trying again
Check whether a purchase completed
Sign in to your Ticketmaster account and check your orders, then look for a confirmation email. Ticketmaster advises retrying a purchase only if no order appears and no confirmation email arrived. This check can help prevent an unintended duplicate order. Ticketmaster’s error guidance and its ticket-buying tips both recommend checking for an existing order before trying checkout again.

How do I fix Ticketmaster error U710?
Use the message on the screen to choose the relevant path. These are Ticketmaster’s general access suggestions, not verified U710-specific remedies.
If it appears to be a general sign-in or session problem
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Check that cookies and JavaScript are enabled in your browser.
- Turn off automated tools or browser extensions that may interfere with access, and avoid repeated clicks or refreshes.
- If Ticketmaster displays a session-verification error, its guidance suggests refreshing once after checking the session settings.
Ticketmaster says its paused-activity message can appear after unusual activity, “such as repeated page refreshes or clicks within a short time.” That description applies to the paused-activity message; it does not establish why U710 appears. See Ticketmaster’s general error instructions and its paused-browsing guidance.

If you see an app or API error
Ticketmaster suggests clearing the app cache, reinstalling the app, or using its mobile website for an API error. If you are already in a live queue, do not leave or reset the session just to try these steps; preserve the queue page first.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsIf Ticketmaster mentions a VPN, proxy or network activity
If the on-screen message flags a VPN or privacy tool, Ticketmaster advises turning it off or switching to mobile data. Apple Private Relay and other proxy tools can make a user appear to come from multiple IP addresses, according to Ticketmaster. If access is still blocked, its guidance suggests trying another network or device, waiting five minutes, and trying again. For high network activity, Ticketmaster recommends switching from shared or public Wi-Fi to a personal network. These suggestions apply when the message or circumstances indicate a network issue; they do not prove that a VPN or shared network caused U710. See Ticketmaster’s error guidance and paused-activity guidance.

What if U710 appears while you are in a queue?
Keep the queue page open. Ticketmaster says not to refresh or leave it because your position refreshes automatically. Avoid signing out, clearing browser history or cookies, reinstalling the app, or switching devices if doing so would end the queue session. Use one device and one browser for the sale. Ticketmaster says tickets are not guaranteed and waiting times vary with traffic and demand; its queue instructions also say a waiting-room position may be held for 10 minutes when your turn arrives. See Ticketmaster’s queue guidance.
If you are not in an active queue and still need to reset the browser session, Ticketmaster’s paused-activity guidance suggests clearing browser history and cookies and signing out from browsers and devices. Do this only when you do not need to preserve a queue position. Ticketmaster’s paused-browsing instructions do not identify this as a U710-specific fix.

When to contact Ticketmaster
If U710 remains after the applicable steps, use Ticketmaster’s official Help Center to find its contact route. Include the exact code, when it appeared, whether you were using the app or a browser, what you were trying to do, and the troubleshooting you attempted. If you were checking out, say whether an order appears in your account or a confirmation email arrived. Ticketmaster support is the appropriate route for diagnosing an account- or session-specific issue that its public guidance does not explain.
