CD PROJEKT RED says some online rewards, including Twitch Drops and Bilibili Drops, may not appear in The Witcher 3 in certain scenarios. If you can see the items under “CD PROJEKT RED Account” in the game’s main menu, the publisher says they were granted and should become collectible after a patch addresses the issue. The support notice does not give a release date for that patch.
What is happening to The Witcher 3 rewards?
The issue is that some online rewards may not appear in-game—not that every giveaway failed or that rewards have been lost. CD PROJEKT RED’s support notice specifically names Twitch Drops and Bilibili Drops and says the problem occurs in certain scenarios.

The notice does not identify the affected platforms or describe a precise set of steps that causes the issue. It also does not say that every player who claimed a Drop is affected.

- Open The Witcher 3 and go to the main menu.
- Open “CD PROJEKT RED Account.”
- Check whether the reward items are listed there.
According to CD PROJEKT RED, items visible in that account section were correctly granted. The publisher says they should become collectible once a patch addresses the issue; its notice does not provide a patch date.

Does the remastered edition or a new purchase fix it?
The reward notice does not say that buying another copy or upgrading editions resolves missing Drops. The remaster’s availability is a separate matter: CD PROJEKT RED announced it for September 29, 2026, as a free upgrade for existing owners on GOG, Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, and for Nintendo Switch 2 players who own the original Switch version. The announcement also says it can be purchased on Battle.net and the Microsoft Store. See the official remaster announcement for those platform details.
On supported platforms, the remastered release includes Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine; the announcement says owners of only the base game receive both expansions in the upgrade. That upgrade information does not change the troubleshooting check for Drops: look in the main-menu account section.

Are Twitch Drops the same as My Rewards items?
No. The My Rewards page covers in-game items as well as downloadable extras such as art books, comics, soundtracks, wallpapers, and concept art. It says claiming requires a CD PROJEKT RED account, registration requires internet access, and rewards already claimed remain yours offline.

Those My Rewards details should not be treated as instructions for fixing Twitch or Bilibili Drops. The support notice discusses those Drops separately and does not specify an account-linking workflow for them.
