Confirm feature access and keyword limits with Textedly before subscribing.
What Textedly does
Textedly describes its service as an AI-powered SMS marketing and customer engagement platform. Its stated capabilities include bulk SMS and MMS, two-way messaging, drip campaigns, keyword opt-ins, an omnichannel inbox, AI messaging and voice agents, SMS payments, Google review requests, and integrations. These are vendor descriptions, not independent assessments of feature quality or integration depth.

Textedly says its native integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Shopify, Mailchimp, Pipedrive, Intercom, Facebook Lead Ads, and Google Sheets, with more than 3,000 additional app connections available through Zapier. If a particular connection or automation matters to your workflow, check that it supports the exact data and actions you need.

The following are the monthly list prices and message allowances shown on Textedly’s pricing page, accessed October 4, 2026. The annual-billing column reflects the vendor’s stated 20% increase in monthly messages; it does not mean the displayed monthly price is discounted.

These are vendor-listed terms, not a third-party price survey. The annual allowance is more messages at the same listed monthly price, so compare it with your likely usage and the billing commitment rather than treating it as a lower monthly sticker price. Textedly says unused monthly message credits do not roll over.
Do all plans include every feature?
There is a material inconsistency in Textedly’s published information. The current pricing page says, “All plans include every feature,” and lists capabilities such as mass SMS, AI features, an omnichannel inbox, AI voice agents, toll-free and 10DLC numbers, Google Business Reviews, Text-to-Pay, short codes, and integrations. It also says the suite includes MMS, unlimited contacts, premium support, and custom keywords.

By contrast, a Textedly Help Center article says plans differ by message and keyword count, and that Text-to-Pay and Text Reviews require Plus or higher. The two statements do not establish which terms govern a new subscription. Before checkout, ask Textedly to confirm in writing whether the specific features and number of keywords you need are included on your intended plan.

The Help Center also says a plan change takes effect immediately. Treat this as support-page guidance and confirm the current terms with Textedly, particularly if you are changing an annual subscription.

Free account, billing, and possible extra charges
Free account
Textedly advertises a free account with 50 messages and one custom keyword, with no credit card required. That is a limited way to explore the service; confirm what happens when the allowance is used or if you need additional numbers or features.
Monthly or annual billing
The pricing page offers month-to-month and annual billing and says there are no long-term contracts. It describes annual accounts as receiving 20% more messages per month. The Help Center says monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; annual plans may be cancelled within 14 days before renewal. It also says monthly subscribers may downgrade at any time, while annual subscribers may downgrade within 30 days of renewal. Because these cancellation and downgrade details come from a Help Center article that may not be synchronized with the current pricing page, confirm the applicable policy before paying.

Carrier and registration costs
Textedly says it covers the carrier registration cost for a customer’s first 10DLC number. Standard carrier fees apply to additional numbers and vary by message volume. The pricing page says there is no toll-free registration fee, but that does not establish that every telecom cost is included. Check the current charges shown at checkout and ask about any carrier or telecom surcharges for your use case. Textedly also says incoming messages are free.

- Check compliance workflows: Review how opt-in, number registration, and telecom registration management work for the regions and message types you intend to use.
- Validate integrations: Confirm that the connections you rely on support the required triggers, data fields, and automation steps.
- Choose the right operating model: Decide whether you want a turnkey campaign tool or a developer-oriented API and the control that comes with building your own messaging workflows.
Textedly’s own comparison page positions Twilio for developer-built CPaaS, EZ Texting for similar turnkey SMS marketing, SimpleTexting for campaign management, and Podium for reputation management with a broader CRM. Treat these as vendor-authored shortlist suggestions, not an objective ranking; compare each service against your requirements and full costs.
What Textedly’s published claims do—and don’t—show
Textedly’s pricing page displays a “98% Open Rate” claim, but the reviewed sources do not establish its publisher beyond Textedly, its methodology, or the study year. It should be read as vendor marketing, not as a guaranteed result or an independently verified benchmark. Likewise, Textedly’s AI information page repeats a G2 rating and review-count claims that were not checked against G2’s current listing, so they are not a verified basis for judging customer satisfaction.
Textedly’s Help Center also lists product additions over prior years, including recurring messages, birthday texting, an AI composer, contact management, Text-to-Pay, Google Review Management, telecom registration management, improved keyword campaigns, and a higher messaging size limit. That history is vendor-provided context; it does not independently establish how well those features work today.
