Does it require Bootstrap?
No, according to Colorlib’s description. The listing says the template uses plain HTML and CSS with a few lines of vanilla JavaScript and includes no Bootstrap files or plugins. “Bootstrap” in the title refers to the publisher’s compatibility claim, not a stated runtime dependency.

Colorlib says the template can be used by itself or dropped into Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6 projects and will look the same. Compatibility across those versions was not independently verified, so treat it as the publisher’s description rather than a tested guarantee. Visual tabs are not automatically accessible dynamic tabs
A row of file-like tabs can be decorative or can control which content panel is shown. If the controls dynamically switch panels, Bootstrap’s v5.2 documentation says the interface needs semantic roles and state relationships—not just tab-shaped styling. It specifies role="tablist", role="tab", role="tabpanel", and related ARIA attributes to communicate structure and current state to assistive technologies.

Bootstrap’s guidance also covers keyboard interaction and focus: use buttons when controls change displayed content, support movement of focus among tabs, and consider tabindex="0" on a panel when its first meaningful content is not already focusable. See Bootstrap v5.2: Navs and tabs. Do not assume that a template’s screen-reader feedback for its copy control makes the entire tab interface accessible; these are separate interactions.
