In its FY2025 CEO statement, Andy Luong said: “Both our key global customers have forecast robust demand growth for 2026 and 2027.” That is management’s account of customer forecasts, not a guarantee of orders, UMS revenue or profit. The same statement referred to a renewed three-year integrated-system contract and new products being developed with a new key customer. Component and integrated-system revenue
Compare these two semiconductor revenue streams in each new reporting period. In FY2025, components grew 10% while integrated-system sales fell 1%. Subsequent results can show whether the difference persists, reverses or reflects a temporary period; avoid inferring profitability without margin disclosures.

Customer demand and product conversion
Watch reported orders, customer activity and revenue contribution from the renewed integrated-system contract and products under development with the new key customer. Customer forecasts and product development are not the same as confirmed shipments or recognized revenue.
Aerospace performance
Aerospace revenue declined 7% in FY2025. Later filings can clarify whether this business stabilizes or recovers, but the FY2025 revenue movement alone does not establish the cause or likely trajectory.
