There are no missable trophies reported in current guides, but completing everything is a substantial challenge: plan for a Champion-difficulty Act 3 clear, repeat Galactic Gauntlet runs with every required Favor, Racer Style, and vehicle type, and Gold medals in all 50 Arcade events. PowerPyx estimates 70–100 hours for the PS5 Platinum and rates it 8/10 for difficulty; those are guide estimates, not measured averages.
At a glance: what completion requires
| Stage | What to do | Planning note |
|---|---|---|
| First campaign clear | Complete the campaign once to unlock Champion difficulty. | Use this run to learn the tracks and build up persistent unlocks. |
| Champion clear | Complete Act 3 on Champion. | Champion increases opponent skill and aggression; crash recovery is more restrictive. |
| Galactic Gauntlet mastery | Win with all 20 Favors, all 14 Racer Styles, and all three vehicle types. | Each Style requires its own win, so the guide route needs at least 14 Gauntlet wins. |
| Campaign cleanup | Finish remaining Tales of Podracing and Rivalry Head-to-Head objectives. | PowerPyx lists 12 Tales events and 11 Rivalry wins. |
| Arcade | Earn Gold in all 50 Arcade events. | The guide identifies these preset-vehicle time trials as the most skill-dependent part. |
These requirements describe the PS5 Platinum route and the cross-platform achievement cleanup reported by specialist guides. Counts differ by platform: AllThingsHow lists 50 PS5 trophies including the Platinum, versus 49 Xbox/PC achievements. Steam confirms that the PC version supports achievements. AllThingsHow’s guide and the Steam listing provide those platform details.

Are any trophies missable?
PowerPyx and AllThingsHow both report zero missable trophies or achievements, and both report that no online trophies are required. Treat this as current guide reporting rather than an official developer guarantee: the game released on October 6, 2026, and its completion routes are new. The official PlayStation page describes online PvP and lists online features, but those features do not establish that online play is needed for completion. PowerPyx’s roadmap and AllThingsHow’s roadmap are the sources for the no-missables and no-online-trophies assessments; the official PlayStation game page describes online features.

How difficult is the Platinum, and how long does it take?
PowerPyx rates the PS5 completion 8/10 and estimates 70–100 hours, describing the result as dependent on skill and luck. Its main difficulty concern is the 50 Arcade Gold time trials. AllThingsHow separately budgets 40–60 hours for campaign cleanup and 15–30 hours for Arcade. These are guide-publisher estimates, not a measured completion-time study or an official difficulty rating; use them as broad planning ranges rather than guarantees. PowerPyx and AllThingsHow publish the estimates.

Recommended trophy and achievement route
1. Finish the campaign once
Complete a first Campaign run to unlock Champion. The guides say Tuning Points and unlocked Favors, Parts, Abilities, and Racer Styles carry into later runs, so use the initial clear to learn event flow and collect upgrades rather than trying to optimize every cleanup objective immediately.
2. Complete Act 3 on Champion
The difficulty-specific requirement is an Act 3 completion on Champion, which becomes available after the first campaign clear. PowerPyx reports that opponents are more skilled and aggressive on this setting and that crashes do not refresh after each event; three refresh when you reach a new planet. Plan your risk-taking around that recovery limit. PowerPyx’s roadmap details the Champion behavior.

3. Track Galactic Gauntlet wins before each run
Mastery requires victories using all 20 Favors, all 14 Racer Styles, and landspeeders, speeder bikes, and skim speeders. Guides say you can equip three Favors per run, which means at least seven Favor combinations are needed; the 14 Racer Styles each need a separate winning run. Combine an unfinished Favor set and vehicle type with each Style win whenever possible, and check the Logbook’s “Mastered” tracking before starting another run. PowerPyx recommends repeating Act 2 because the Gauntlet appears before its final event; its strategy is to win the Gauntlet and deliberately lose the Kestar Bool finale to return to Act 2. That loop is guide-reported and may change with patches, so verify the current behavior in-game before building your plan around it. PowerPyx’s Gauntlet route covers the run strategy.
4. Finish campaign-specific objectives
PowerPyx lists 12 Tales of Podracing events and 11 Rivalry Head-to-Head wins among cleanup. Use sidebets to develop rivals, and watch for Mystery Encounters and opportunities to obtain the Favor you still need. PowerPyx’s roadmap describes these tasks.

5. Complete the Arcade Golds
Earn Gold medals in all 50 Arcade events. The events use preset vehicles, so progress depends on learning each route and using the available abilities and parts effectively. AllThingsHow estimates 15–30 hours for Arcade; that range is a guide estimate, not a guarantee. AllThingsHow’s guide recommends leaving the skill-focused trials until you have learned the tracks.
Save behavior and accessibility options
PowerPyx describes an optional PS5 recovery tactic using PlayStation Plus cloud saves and says quitting during an active race returns the player to its start, while completed events save immediately. This depends on PS5 save-sync settings and current game behavior; it is not a required step or a guaranteed way to undo a mistake. Do not assume the same method applies to Xbox or PC.
