No. SpinQuest’s published rules exclude Tennessee, and its Help Center says Tennessee residents cannot access the service because of legal restrictions. Tennessee also enacted a 2026 measure addressing online sweepstakes games. The platform’s eligibility rules, the state law, and the Attorney General’s enforcement position are separate matters; none of the cited sources establishes a specific penalty for an individual merely attempting to access SpinQuest.
Can I use SpinQuest in Tennessee?
No. SpinQuest’s Sweepstakes Rules list Tennessee among the excluded states, state that participation there is void, and prohibit attempts to circumvent territory restrictions. Its Help Center, dated July 20, 2026, also lists Tennessee among the states where residents cannot access the platform due to legal restrictions.

That is SpinQuest’s published eligibility position. It is not, by itself, a court ruling about an individual user.

Tennessee enacted SB 2136 as Public Chapter 1117. The General Assembly’s official bill information describes the measure as addressing gambling, gambling devices, and the operation, conduct, or commercial promotion of online sweepstakes games and other online or app-based gambling, subject to enumerated exceptions. The official subject index gives May 22, 2026, as its effective date.

The legislature’s summary identifies categories the measure does not restrict, including authorized sports gaming, fantasy sports contests under the Fantasy Sports Act, Tennessee nonprofit gaming under state law, and the Tennessee education lottery. Those exceptions do not override SpinQuest’s own Tennessee exclusion.

What has the Tennessee Attorney General said?
On December 29, 2025, the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office announced enforcement against online sweepstakes casinos. The office described their model as casino-style play using two virtual currencies, one of which can be redeemed for cash or real-world prizes, and stated that it considers the model a violation of Tennessee gambling and consumer-protection law.

That announcement expresses the Attorney General’s enforcement position; it is not a court judgment about SpinQuest or an individualized ruling about a particular resident. The office’s release stated: “The promotional sweepstakes model used by these casinos constitutes an illegal lottery prohibited by the Tennessee Constitution and violates Tennessee gambling and consumer-protection laws.”

Why shouldn’t I try to get around the block?
SpinQuest’s rules prohibit masking or manipulating a real location, or misrepresenting residence, to bypass territory limits. Do not attempt to use the service from Tennessee or evade its location controls. The cited sources establish SpinQuest’s restriction and the state’s legal context, but do not establish a particular criminal or civil penalty for an individual solely for trying to access the platform.
