What the Amazon deal history tells you
Deal coverage shows that the WH-CH720N has previously been offered below $100, but those reports describe dated deals rather than today’s Amazon price. SoundGuys reported $86.95 in August 2026; What Hi-Fi? reported $98 in a June 2026 roundup; WIRED reported $95 in February 2026. These figures establish past discounts, not a live $88 offer.
For context, Sony’s product page search result showed $89.99 as a Sony direct-store price. That does not confirm Amazon pricing. The historical Amazon reports are available from SoundGuys, What Hi-Fi? and WIRED.

- Price: Confirm the amount currently shown on Amazon; an earlier deal price may have expired.
- Seller: Check which seller is offering the selected listing.
- Color and stock: Confirm the color and availability for the version you intend to buy.
- Use case: The published specifications cover battery life and connections, but they do not establish how the headphones will fit you or how well noise canceling, calls or sound quality perform in your particular setting.
Is the WH-CH720N worth considering under $100?
If the current Amazon listing is under $100, the WH-CH720N is a model to consider if you want wireless over-ear headphones with noise canceling, ambient sound and the option of passive wired listening. Its advertised battery maximum is 35 hours with noise canceling on. The available specifications and past deal reports do not establish a current $88 price or provide comparative listening tests, so base the purchase on the live listing and your priorities rather than assuming a particular discount or performance result.
