From September 28 through October 2, 2026, software updates ranged from a new Google Calendar time-zone display to AI and data-platform capabilities, alongside fixes to integration-service workflows. The practical distinction is availability: some announcements describe generally available features, others previews or staged rollouts, and some are fixes. This is a representative roundup, not a complete industry release list.
What changed, and can users access it yet?
Announcement dates do not necessarily mean a feature is available to every customer. Vendors may publish an announcement before rollout begins, stagger deployment by customer group, or label a capability as a preview rather than generally available. Check the linked release page for the status and dates that apply to your product and account.

Cloud data: Snowflake release notes span several days
Snowflake’s release-notes page lists dated entries across all five days, September 28 through October 2. The September 30 entries include DCM Projects and Semantic Studio; the September 29 entry describes response caching for Cortex AI Functions. September 28 includes CoCo Desktop v1.21.6 and Inline Stored Procedures for hybrid tables. These are distinct changes, not a single release, and their availability labels vary. Snowflake marks some features as preview and others as generally available, so use the individual entries in its release notes to determine whether a capability is ready for production use or still in preview.

Support platforms: Zendesk announcements have rollout details
Zendesk’s announcement listing covered several different areas: employee service AI agents on October 2, support for Jira Data Center 11.3 LTS in the Support for Jira integration on October 1, and WhatsApp usernames in Agent Workspace plus configurable Knowledge and Welcome replies in email AI agents on September 30. Those dates are announcement dates; for some items, Zendesk separately lists rollout starts and ends. Administrators should check the relevant entry in the Zendesk announcements before assuming a feature is enabled in a particular account.

Calendar: Google adds a third displayed time zone
Google’s October 1 update describes a Calendar web feature that allows up to three time zones to appear on the calendar grid. The third zone supplements the primary and secondary zones already available. The update revised the rollout schedule and differentiates Rapid Release from Scheduled Release domains; Workspace administrators should consult the 2026 Google Workspace updates archive for the schedule relevant to their domain.
Marketing automation: Adobe Journey Optimizer adds monitoring and a LINE channel
Adobe Journey Optimizer release notes list campaign monitoring and LINE as a native outbound channel for Orchestrated Campaigns among capabilities with availability dates in this period. The notes also describe APIs for programmatic monitoring and alerting. Availability is not uniform across every listed capability: the page distinguishes newly generally available features from items that were already in limited availability. Teams should use the status and date shown for the specific capability in the Adobe Journey Optimizer release notes.
Integration reliability: Cleo describes export and retrieval fixes
Cleo’s September 28 Integration Cloud notes say the service addressed high-volume message exports and a timeout when retrieving specific job numbers, through query/export pipeline optimization and streamlined message retrieval. The release note describes the vendor’s intended fix, but does not provide a measured speed improvement or benchmark. See the Cleo Integration Cloud release notes for the vendor’s details.
