These are platform capabilities, not guarantees that every phone using the chip will include every feature or reach each stated limit. Phone makers choose how to implement the platform, and the finished device’s display, camera, memory, connectivity, and performance depend on that design.

What the available benchmark comparison says—and does not say
NanoReview’s comparison is labeled Snapdragon 778G Plus vs Dimensity 7300. The Dimensity chip tested in its listed comparison is the 7300, not the 7300X. The figures below are database aggregates shown on the page accessed in 2026, not matched, controlled tests of phones using the two chips.

In those reported results, the Dimensity 7300 has the higher AnTuTu 11 aggregate, while the Snapdragon 778G Plus has the higher Geekbench 6 single-core and multi-core figures. The unequal sample counts and absence of matched test conditions mean the numbers should not be treated as a controlled head-to-head verdict. Most importantly, they do not show that the Dimensity 7300X either beats or trails the Snapdragon 778G Plus.
CPU, gaming, and efficiency: what can be concluded?
CPU performance
The listed Geekbench 6 aggregates favor the Snapdragon 778G Plus over the Dimensity 7300 in both single-core and multi-core results.
