Its published benchmark scores offer a useful reference, not a promise: results and real phone features depend on the handset, its configuration, and test conditions.
Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 specifications
Qualcomm’s Rev A product brief, published in 2024, describes the platform’s capabilities. These are supported limits and modes; a phone maker does not have to implement every one. Qualcomm also notes that optional features can depend on OEM or carrier selection and may incur an additional fee.

| AnTuTu 11, NanoReview | 617,626 total: CPU 256,848; GPU 60,984; memory 129,362; UX 170,432 | NanoReview’s site-reported aggregate. The page also displays user-submitted results that differ from this figure. |
| Geekbench 6.7.1 single-core, Notebookcheck | 940 points | Device-associated entries include the Motorola Moto G85 and Xiaomi Redmi 15 5G. |
| Geekbench 6.7.1 multi-core, Notebookcheck | 2,067 minimum; 2,086 listed average; 2,104 maximum | A range of device-linked results, not a guaranteed score for another phone. |
| PCMark 3.0, NanoReview | 11,509 total | A separate everyday-workload test; its score scale is not directly comparable with AnTuTu or Geekbench. |
The live listings are available from NanoReview’s Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 page and Notebookcheck’s benchmark and specification page. NanoReview describes AnTuTu as testing CPU, GPU, RAM, and I/O across scenarios, while PCMark focuses on everyday workloads. Scores should be compared only when the benchmark and version match.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How does it compare with the Snapdragon 695 and 6 Gen 1?
Notebookcheck describes the 6s Gen 3’s design as similar to the Snapdragon 695. In its listed Geekbench 6.7 single-core results, it shows 940 for the 6s Gen 3, 906 for the Snapdragon 695, and 943 for the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1. Notebookcheck also reports that its Moto G85 results are slightly higher than its 695 results. These close, device-linked figures suggest a modest difference in that test context—not a large or universal performance gap.
For a useful comparison, look at the same benchmark version on tested phones, separate CPU results from GPU workloads, and account for RAM and storage configuration. Sustained performance, temperature, and the rest of each phone’s features matter too. The cited benchmark listings do not establish a controlled, cross-phone comparison of those factors.
What gaming performance should you expect?
The chipset specification and benchmark listings do not establish a repeatable frame rate for BGMI or another specific game. A frame-rate number requires a test on a particular phone, with a stated game version and graphics settings. It can also change with thermal conditions and the phone maker’s implementation. Treat any figure without those details as specific to its test device, not a general 6s Gen 3 capability.
What the platform specifications mean for a phone
5G is a supported capability, not a speed guarantee
Qualcomm lists the Snapdragon X51 modem with sub-6 GHz and mmWave support, and peak rates of up to 2.5 Gbps downlink and 1.5 Gbps uplink. Those are platform maximums, not expected everyday speeds. A phone’s supported bands, carrier, network availability, and local conditions determine what connection is possible.
Display, camera, and charging features vary by model
Support for up to 120 Hz FHD+ output, up to 108 MP photo capture, and Quick Charge 4+ does not confirm that a handset includes those features or reaches those limits. For charging, Qualcomm says Quick Charge is designed to increase a device’s battery charge by up to 50% in 15 minutes, but actual results may vary with device design. Check the phone maker’s specifications for the screen, cameras, charging support, and included charger details.
Choosing a phone with this chipset
The useful product to assess is the complete phone, not the chipset in isolation. The Motorola Moto G85 5G and Xiaomi Redmi 15 5G appear in the cited listings, but availability and specifications can vary by market and variant. Before choosing, confirm the exact model and region, then compare its price and features with other phones you are considering.
Quick Recap
- Verify the phone’s RAM and storage capacity; the platform’s supported memory and storage types do not specify how much the handset includes.
- Check the actual display refresh rate, resolution, and camera configuration rather than assuming the platform maximums are implemented.
- Confirm network bands for your carrier and country, along with the phone’s charging capability.
- Look for benchmarks from the exact handset and test version if performance is decisive; a score from another model is only a reference.
