Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 vs UNISOC T7250: Specs and Benchmark Comparison

Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 leads the cited Geekbench results and has documented 5G positioning, while AnTuTu scores are nearly tied. The benchmark figures come from different phones, not a controlled comparison.

Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 has the stronger reported Geekbench results and Qualcomm’s documented 4 nm and 5G positioning, while the two chips are virtually tied in the AnTuTu figures cited here. Those benchmark numbers come from different phones, not a controlled head-to-head test, so they cannot establish that every Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 handset will be faster than every UNISOC T7250 handset.

Connectivity evidence Qualcomm describes the platform as 5G-capable, with peak download speeds up to 1 Gbps in its July 2024 announcement. A comparably authoritative modem profile was not established in the sources cited here.
AnTuTu 381,047 381,574
Geekbench single-core 840 441
Geekbench multi-core 1,963 1,480

Benchmark figures are the device-derived results shown on the respective 91mobiles pages, accessed October 7, 2026. Their meaning and limitations are explained below.

Which chipset is better?

For the reported CPU benchmark results and documented connectivity features, Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 has the clearer advantage. Its Geekbench scores are higher in both single-core and multi-core results, and Qualcomm explicitly positions it as a 5G platform. The AnTuTu numbers, however, are so close that they amount to a near tie in this dataset: the T7250 figure is only 527 points higher.

That small AnTuTu difference is not evidence that the T7250 is meaningfully faster overall. The scores come from devices using each chip, rather than the same test phone or a controlled comparison. Nor do these results decide which phone is the better buy: hardware configuration, software, price and network support can matter more than the chipset name.

What the benchmark scores show

AnTuTu: effectively tied in the cited results

91mobiles lists AnTuTu results of 381,574 for a T7250 device and 381,047 for a Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 device. The site describes these as real-world device tests and presents the shown figure as the highest recorded for a device with each chipset. They are not matched lab runs, so the narrow numerical gap should not be treated as a reliable ranking of the processors.

Geekbench: higher reported scores for Snapdragon

On 91mobiles’ pages, Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 scores 840 single-core and 1,963 multi-core, compared with 441 and 1,480 for T7250. These figures favor Snapdragon on this benchmark. Because they were recorded from different devices, they do not isolate the chipset from differences in phone implementation or test conditions.

What these tests cannot establish

  • Gaming performance: The sources do not provide a controlled game frame-rate comparison for these platforms. GPU names alone are not enough to declare a gaming winner.
  • Battery life: A 4 nm process specification does not prove longer battery life in a particular phone. Battery capacity, display, software, cooling and usage also affect endurance.
  • Everyday speed in every phone: The benchmark pages do not show that every model using one chipset will outperform every model using the other.

How the specifications differ

CPU and manufacturing process

Qualcomm lists Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 as a 4 nm platform with CPU speeds up to 2 GHz. The more detailed core configuration—two Cortex-A78 cores up to 2 GHz plus six Cortex-A55 cores up to 1.8 GHz—comes from 91mobiles, not the Qualcomm page. That same secondary source describes the T7250 as two Cortex-A75 cores up to 1.8 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores up to 1.6 GHz, on a 12 nm process.

On paper, those reported CPU specifications give Snapdragon newer and faster performance cores. They suggest an advantage in some CPU-heavy tasks, but a specification comparison is not a substitute for testing phones running the workloads you care about. A smaller process number also cannot, by itself, predict a handset’s battery life.

Graphics and memory

91mobiles identifies an Adreno 611 GPU for Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 and a Mali-G57 running at 850 MHz for T7250. The cited material does not include a controlled graphics benchmark or game test, so it does not establish which platform delivers higher frame rates. Both are listed as supporting LPDDR4X memory; the actual phone’s memory capacity and configuration still matter.

Mobile connectivity

Qualcomm describes Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 as a 5G platform. In its July 30, 2024 announcement, the company gives a peak download rate of up to 1 Gbps and compares it with LTE Cat-4 peak download speeds. That is a vendor-stated platform figure, not a guarantee of speeds on a particular network; coverage, carrier support, phone design and local model bands affect real-world connectivity.

What to check when choosing between phones

Compare complete handset models available in your market rather than choosing from chipset scores alone. 91mobiles lists Xiaomi Redmi A4 as a Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 phone, but that listing does not establish current stock or availability in your country. A phone’s exact variant matters.
