Spoilers for The Patient chapter. This route through St. Amelia Medical Center covers the examinations, X-rays, medicine collection and infusion, intubation, and the transition to the altered ward’s blood-routing puzzle. The specific codes and settings below come from independent walkthroughs, not official solution documentation; inspect the relevant clues and items in your game, and use the values displayed on your own screens where they differ.
What to know before starting
KONAMI describes SILENT HILL: Townfall as a first-person psychological horror game set in Scotland in 1996, listed for PlayStation 5 and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store) with a release date of 24 September 2026. Its product page highlights exploration, evasion, survival, the pocket CRTV, and narrative-driven puzzles. KONAMI’s Townfall product page provides the official game and platform details.

Independent walkthroughs place The Patient in St. Amelia Medical Center and describe it as a sequence involving Zoe’s procedure and a later distorted hospital route involving Simon. PlayStation Blog says the puzzles were designed alongside the story, rather than as a separate layer: “Each puzzle has been designed while writing the story, so rather than a separate, unconnected gameplay layer, they’re grounded in the world you’re exploring and contextual to it and the town’s inhabitants.” Read the PlayStation Blog feature.
The route below separates prerequisites from inputs because a correct combination may not work until the related document or item has been examined. If an interaction does not register, revisit nearby clues and inventory before assuming the code is wrong.
#1 Best Overall
- Experienced entirely in first person, explore, evade, and survive using a limited set of weapons and tools, including a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. Evasion is tense; combat is frenetic, while narrative driven puzzles reveal a truth that refuses to stay submerged.
- SILENT HILL: Townfall is a full-length, self-contained psychological horror set against the cold, isolated backdrop of Scotland, 1996
Examine the patient and monitor
Read the patient monitor and nearby clue before moving on. Independent guides give approximate readings of blood pressure 70/40, pulse 160, and oxygen saturation 80, but they also report that the displayed values can fluctuate. Treat these as a guide to the kind of readings to look for, not fixed targets: use the closest values shown on your own monitor, and do not treat the fictional readings as medical advice.
Open the surgery route and complete both X-rays
Enter the surgery access code
Walkthroughs report 7103 as the surgery access code. If it fails, make sure you have inspected the relevant clue first; some puzzle inputs are gated by the corresponding document or item.

- Experienced entirely in first person, Simon must explore, evade, and survive using a limited set of weapons and tools, including the CRTV, a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. Configure and collect the skull film
- Align the skull image at the X-ray station.
- Set the reported scan values to Site: Skull, kV: 3, mA: 7, and Time: 1.
- Run the scan and collect the film.
Configure and collect the chest film
- Align the chest image at the station.
- Set the reported values to Site: Chest, kV: 7, mA: 3, and Time: 1.2.

The guides say both films must be hung in surgery. After hanging them, examine the marked points to advance; collecting the films alone is not the full sequence.

- Day One Edition Bonus: CRTV Style: Rusted, CRTV Style: Beach Edition
- When Simon Ordell is called back to the island of St. Amelia to "put things in order", he meets a city lying quietly in dense fog, seemingly abandoned, yet anything but dormant
- After venturing further to understand his connection to this place and its inhabitants, he gradually discovers fragments of the past rising to the surface
- Simon must explore, evade and survive from a first-person perspective. It uses a limited arsenal of weapons and tools, including the CRTV: a portable TV to receive unstable signals
- The dodging is tension, the battles are hectic and the story-based puzzles reveal a truth that does not want to remain hidden
| Medicine | Reported location | Reported pump rate |
|---|---|---|
| Tensobromide | Victoria Ward, ground-floor Pharmacy Store | 8 |
| Dextracyclate | Chapman Ward, first-floor Bay 6 | 15 |
| Hydroxalene | Chapman Ward Records Room; reported door code 2605 | 7 |
The rates are easy to mix up, so match each number to the medicine rather than entering them from memory. Once you have all three, prepare the pumps at their listed rates, then start them from the bedside monitor, as the chapter-route guide describes.
Retrieve the intubation kit
One independent guide reports that the Reception telephone is used to call 5353, opening access to Hospital Storage. This is a phone number, not a keypad code. Go to the basement storage area, retrieve the intubation kit, and return to surgery. The guide reports this interaction order for the procedure:

After the procedure, independent guides describe a changed hospital route that leads into a blood puzzle involving bags and donor information. Read the clue screens and donor details in the game before connecting anything: those clues supply the context for the intended routing. The sources available here do not establish a single authoritative, verified full connection diagram, so use the in-game information rather than relying on an unverified diagram or treating a guide’s drawing as definitive.
