To open the human organ transplant box in Zoe’s kitchen, restore power to her house, find the Organ Transplant Card in the bathroom, and use the email on Zoe’s computer to identify the right ET code. Enter 956 on the first lock and 133 on the second, according to multiple walkthroughs.
What you need before opening the box
The box is in the kitchen of Zoe’s house. You need to power the house and consult two clues: the Organ Transplant Card and an email on Zoe’s computer. The reported solution is 956 for the first lock and 133 for the second.

Restore power to Zoe’s house
- Inspect the electricity meter and its instructions in the cupboard beneath the stairs.
- Go to the newsagent and search the cash register for the Prepaid Power Card.
- Return to Zoe’s house and use the card at the meter, following its prompts to add credit. VGC’s guide specifies selecting the card, advancing to “Card Credit,” pressing B, then using the red switch; button prompts may differ by platform or build, so follow the instructions shown in your game. VGC’s walkthrough
Find the code clues
- Pick up the Organ Transplant Card from the bathroom floor.
- Turn on Zoe’s computer and read the relevant email. The email explains which ET code to use and how to derive the lock digits. AltChar describes matching the hospital ID in the email to the IDs on the card before selecting the corresponding ET code. AltChar’s guide
Enter the human organ box combination
The walkthroughs report the relevant ET code as 956234692133. Take its first three digits for the first lock and its last three for the second:

| Lock | Digits to enter | How they are derived |
|---|---|---|

| Second | 133 | Last three digits of the ET code |
The same 956-133 combination is given by the detailed combination walkthrough and VGC.
#1 Best Overall
- Experienced entirely in first person, explore, evade, and survive using a limited set of weapons and tools, including a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. Evasion is tense; combat is frenetic, while narrative driven puzzles reveal a truth that refuses to stay submerged.
- SILENT HILL: Townfall is a full-length, self-contained psychological horror set against the cold, isolated backdrop of Scotland, 1996
If the combination does not work
- Check that you matched the email’s hospital ID to the correct ID on the Organ Transplant Card and selected the corresponding ET code before taking its first and last three digits.
- Make sure the house has power and that you are entering the digits in the intended order: 956 first, then 133.
- If the in-game clues or button prompts differ, follow the version shown in your game. The answer is reported by third-party walkthroughs, not confirmed by an official Konami solution; a separate Part 1 walkthrough also covers the puzzle sequence.
How the reported solution was established
VGC’s guide is dated 22 September 2026 and AltChar’s 21 September 2026; both describe the power, card, and email clues. A separate combination walkthrough also reports 956-133. These sources agree, but they are secondary walkthroughs rather than an official publisher solution.
