At CEG HQ, enter A5D7 at the alarm panel and E3E3 at the command console to release the pipe clamps. Rotate the four sections twice, once left, twice, twice, then return to the ground-floor console and select Gas Flow → Flow Test → IGNITE. You’ll need the Controller Key before using the alarm panel.
Where to find the Controller Key
Look near the elevator for a box or an office/control-panel area containing the Controller Key. Walkthroughs differ in how they describe the exact spot and floor, so use the nearby elevator and local prompts rather than relying on a particular floor number.

Unlock the controls and align the pipes
- Use the Controller Key at the alarm panel. Enter A5D7 to silence or unlock the alarm control.
- Release the rotation clamps. At the nearby command console, enter E3E3 and confirm.
- Rotate the pipe sections in order. Work through the four sections using the elevator stops and the local prompts. The rotation sequence is:
| Pipe section, in order | Rotation |
|---|---|
| 1 | Twice |
| 2 | Once left |
| 3 | Twice |
| 4 | Twice |
Floor labels vary between walkthrough descriptions, so identify each section by its position in the tower rather than assuming a universal floor-number mapping. Check that the red pipe forms an unbroken route through the tower; the aligned connection is the useful visual confirmation.
Run the flow test and ignite
Return to the ground-floor command console. Select Gas Flow, then Flow Test, and finally IGNITE. One walkthrough describes the test lights turning green when the flow succeeds.

The codes and sequence agree across the cited walkthroughs, but descriptions of the key’s precise location and the floor numbering for pipe sections differ. The game’s prompts and the pipe’s visual connection are the safer guides. These instructions are based on topic-specific walkthroughs, not official game documentation.
