Spoilers: This walkthrough covers the altered Medical Center blood transfusion sequence, including the Ordell blood-type dial. The assignment calls it “Part Two,” but walkthroughs label this section Part 3, Chapter 8, “Many Into One.” If you are looking for the sequence with five named blood bags and the final Ordell dial, you are in the right place.
Quick solution: blood bags and Ordell dial
- Use Alan Duncan’s bag at the S.W. door and Lesley Greer’s at the D.P. door.
- At the final wall, place Sarah Watson first on the left, Matthew Clark second on the left, and George McEwan on the right. Activate the nearby switch.
- On the dial, route only T.F., H.M., and S.W. to the center. Select Ordell in the center and confirm.
The sequence has five bags total: two open ward doors, and the other three belong on the final wall. The route below gives the room-by-room order.

Where to find all five blood bags
Alan Duncan: open the S.W. door
- From the central area, take the map and follow the right-hand corridor.
- Crawl through the vent and collect Alan Duncan’s blood bag. Take Zoe’s Patient List along this route.
- Return to the central area and use Alan’s bag at the S.W. transfusion machine to open the door.
Sarah Watson and Lesley Greer: open the D.P. door
- Collect Sarah Watson’s bag in S05.
- Find the Ward W Master Key in W04 and use it to open W13.
- Climb the ladder to S12 and collect Lesley Greer’s bag.
- Return to the central area and use Lesley’s bag at the D.P. door.
Room numbers repeat across wards, so keep the letter prefix with each room: S05, W04, W13, and S12 are distinct locations.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsMatthew Clark and George McEwan: retrieve the east-ward bags
- In the east ward, press the lift button in D02 to drop Matthew Clark’s bag.
- Reach P10 and collect George McEwan’s bag and the Ward P Master Key.
- Use the Ward P Master Key at P03 to retrieve Matthew’s bag.
- After retrieving Matthew’s bag, turn both release valves in D05 and D10. This reopens the route upstairs.
Place the final three bags on the wall
At the final wall, use the patient reports to match the three remaining bags. The order is:
#1 Best Overall
- Experienced entirely in first person, explore, evade, and survive using a limited set of weapons and tools, including a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. Evasion is tense; combat is frenetic, while narrative driven puzzles reveal a truth that refuses to stay submerged.
- SILENT HILL: Townfall is a full-length, self-contained psychological horror set against the cold, isolated backdrop of Scotland, 1996
- Sarah Watson — first position on the left. Her report matches a head wound and regular pulse.
- Matthew Clark — second position on the left. His report describes confusion while still following commands.
- George McEwan — position on the right. His report matches the burn injury.
When all three are placed, activate the nearby switch to proceed to the dial.
Set the Ordell blood-type dial
Simon Ordell’s blood type is A+. The walkthrough compatibility chart identifies O−, O+, A−, and A+ as compatible donor types for him in this puzzle. Route the corresponding named lines—Thomas Fergusson (T.F.), Hannah McGregor (H.M.), and Sarah Watson (S.W.)—to the center. Disconnect the other inputs, select Ordell in the center, and confirm.

Why the dial solution works
The dial represents the donor matches for Ordell’s A+ blood type. Follow only the T.F., H.M., and S.W. lines into the center; leaving other inputs connected does not match the walkthrough solution. Independent walkthroughs agree on the three final placements and these dial connections, but they are guide sources rather than an official Konami solution document. GamesRadar+’s blood transfusion walkthrough also describes the five-bag structure and final matches.
