Sharp Electronics Australia’s SM267FHBS listing is the relevant source for the Australian specifications. Sharp New Zealand also lists an SM267FHBS, but its physical specifications differ; avoid using its measurements to plan an Australian installation.
What the flatbed design changes
The SM267FHBS has a ceramic floor instead of a rotating glass turntable. That leaves a smooth, level surface for dishes and can make loading, removing and wiping the interior simpler. It may also suit some cookware that is awkward to place on a turntable.

A flatbed alone does not prove that food heats more evenly. Sharp lists inverter technology, but no publicly available comparative test result establishes a heating advantage for this specific model. For best results, follow the food and cookware instructions and stir or rotate items when their directions call for it.
Will it fit your kitchen?
Allow for more than the microwave’s listed footprint. The Australian dimensions are 496 mm wide, 303 mm high and 374 mm deep; the unit weighs 10.0 kg. Measure the intended surface, including space for the door to open and room to handle dishes.

Check the manual for the required ventilation clearances and installation restrictions before placing it in a cabinet or tight enclosure. The product dimensions do not include those extra clearances, and a retailer listing is not a substitute for the installation instructions.

Its Expert Rating and detailed outcomes are available only to members. The practical case is strongest when its dimensions fit your counter and the flat surface suits your dishes and cleaning preferences.
