Choose the SCUF Omega for more assignable controls
Omega’s control layout is the more extensive of the two on paper: four rear paddles, two side buttons and five G-Keys. PlayStation calls the controller’s total 28 inputs. That breadth may suit players who want to move more actions off the face buttons, or who expect to remap controls for different games.

Omega’s trigger and stick choices
Omega uses TMR thumbsticks, with concave or domed shapes and short or tall options described by PlayStation. Its adjustable Instant Triggers can switch between click and analog modes. The click setting is the relevant option if you prefer a short, click-like trigger action; analog mode is the choice when you need variable trigger travel. No comparative test establishes that Omega’s sticks or triggers perform better than Razer’s.
Important DualSense differences
SCUF says Omega does not have DualSense adaptive triggers. PlayStation also says vibration modules were removed. Do not buy it expecting adaptive trigger resistance or standard controller vibration.

Choose the Razer Raiju V3 Pro for its stick layout and click-style controls
Razer’s documented combination is symmetrical TMR analog thumbsticks, four removable mouse-click rear paddles and two claw-grip bumpers. The paddles are removable, so their arrangement is not fixed in the same way as a controller with permanently attached rear controls. Whether that layout suits your hands or preferred grip is personal; the specifications do not establish a comfort advantage.
The Raiju pairs Hall Effect analog triggers with mouse-click trigger stops. That gives it a different choice from Omega’s adjustable click-or-analog Instant Triggers: Razer documents analog triggers and separate click stops, while Omega documents switching its Instant Triggers between the two modes. Decide which arrangement better matches the games you play and how you use triggers.

There is no comparable Omega weight or dimension in the official material cited here, so those figures cannot support a size or weight verdict between the two.
Compare price and availability in your region
PlayStation’s May 12, 2026 Omega launch announcement listed recommended retail prices of $219.99 USD, €239.99 EUR, £209.99 GBP and ¥37,980 JPY, with regional availability and pricing subject to variation. SCUF’s product page showed $219.99 when accessed on October 7, 2026. These are not a like-for-like current price comparison: a current Raiju price was not established in the official materials cited here. Check local listings for both controllers before deciding which costs less.

Which should you buy?
- Pick SCUF Omega if its larger set of additional assignable controls, on-controller remapping and documented app tuning are your priorities.
- Pick Razer Raiju V3 Pro if you want symmetrical TMR sticks, removable mouse-click rear paddles, claw-grip bumpers, or a documented PS5 and Windows 11 PC connection setup.
- Compare the trigger feel you want: Omega switches its Instant Triggers between click and analog modes; Razer combines Hall Effect analog triggers with mouse-click stops.
- Check local price and availability rather than assuming one is cheaper from Omega’s launch MSRP.
Neither controller can be called the better performer on the basis of the cited official specifications alone. The useful distinction is the input layout and customization workflow you prefer.
