ScreenshotOne says annual billing includes two months free, but the precise annual charge should be confirmed in checkout or the subscription view rather than inferred from the monthly list prices.

How credits and monthly usage work

One credit per available output

ScreenshotOne bills usage in credits. Its credits documentation says each available output—such as a full-page or scrolling screenshot, PDF, or video—uses one credit. Credits reset monthly even on annual subscriptions, and unused credits expire at the end of the cycle; they do not roll over. See How credits work in ScreenshotOne.

Which requests count

ScreenshotOne’s pricing FAQ says requests that fail with HTTP, browser, or network errors do not count, and cached responses do not count. A cache miss can result in a fresh render that does count. A screenshot that renders successfully but has a visual defect may still consume a credit, so estimate usage from successful uncached outputs rather than from all requests sent. Details are on the pricing page and ScreenshotOne information for AI.

When extra usage adds a charge

Extra usage is off by default. A paid-plan owner or admin must raise the monthly hard limit in Billing before successful uncached requests above the included allowance can be charged at the plan’s extra-use rate. Usage stops when the configured hard limit is reached.

How to choose a ScreenshotOne plan

  • Free: For a small trial or low-volume use case within 100 screenshots a month.
  • Basic: For usage up to 2,000 included screenshots a month when 40 requests per minute is sufficient.
  • Growth: For up to 10,000 included screenshots and a higher 80-request-per-minute rate. ScreenshotOne marks this plan “Recommended”; it also adds choosing an IP location, scrolling screenshots, and video generation.
  • Scale: For up to 50,000 included screenshots, a 150-request-per-minute rate, GPU rendering, and priority support.

Basic includes ScreenshotOne’s core screenshot and PDF features. Feature and plan details are listed on the pricing page. Compare the allowance and request rate with your likely successful, uncached volume, then consider whether you need the features that start on Growth or Scale.
