ScreenshotAPI.net’s published plans start at $9 per month for 1,000 screenshots, but the right plan for bulk capture also depends on how many URLs you submit in a single job. Essential allows 200 URLs per job; Startup allows 1,000; Business lists an unlimited per-job batch. The pricing page was checked on October 3, 2026, and prices and promotions can change.

#1 Best Overall
Which plan fits your batch size?
Essential: up to 200 URLs in a job
At the published $9 monthly price, Essential includes 1,000 screenshots and a displayed cap of 200 URLs per job. It may suit smaller batches whose monthly total stays within the allowance. A batch of 1,000 URLs does not fit the displayed per-job cap, even if the monthly screenshot allowance would otherwise be sufficient.
Startup: up to 1,000 URLs in a job
Startup is listed at $29 per month for 10,000 screenshots, with a 1,000-URL per-job cap and a rate of 40 requests per minute. It is the lowest listed plan that accommodates 1,000 URLs in a single job.
Business: larger individual batches
Business is listed at $175 per month for 100,000 screenshots, an “unlimited” per-job batch limit and 80 requests per minute. The pricing information reviewed does not define a technical maximum or fair-use terms for “unlimited,” nor explain how the screenshot allowance interacts with overages. Do not interpret the batch label as unlimited monthly screenshot usage.

Trial: test before subscribing
The pricing page lists 100 screenshots over 7 days at no charge. It does not present trial batch limits or request rates in the pricing table, so verify those details if a trial test depends on a particular job size or throughput.
How the bulk workflow works
ScreenshotAPI.net documents two ways to provide URLs: a JSON API request with a list of URLs and optional settings, or a CSV upload through its dashboard or API. The documented workflow lets users monitor processing status and retrieve the output through the dashboard or API; it also describes an email notice with a download link when screenshots are ready.
CSV input
CSV input requires a url column containing fully qualified URLs, such as https://example.com/page. Optional row values can specify output file type, viewport dimensions, injected CSS, delay and request headers. Bulk capture from CSV is described as available on paid tiers.
Rank #3
JSON input
The API option accepts a JSON-based request containing a URL list and optional settings. Consult ScreenshotAPI.net’s bulk documentation for the current request schema and exact status and download steps; the pricing information alone does not specify endpoint paths or a runnable request body.

- Estimate monthly successful captures. Compare the expected count with the plan’s included screenshot allowance. ScreenshotAPI.net’s help page says only successful screenshots count toward usage.
- Check the largest single batch. Compare your maximum URLs in one job with the plan cap: 200 on Essential, 1,000 on Startup, or the Business page’s “unlimited” label.
- Account for cache behavior. The help page says cached screenshots do not count unless you opt to render fresh screenshots.
- Use request rates cautiously. The pricing page lists 20, 40 and 80 requests per minute on Essential, Startup and Business. These rates are not a stated batch-completion-time guarantee; do not estimate a large job’s total processing time from them alone.
- Verify billing details. The terms describe recurring monthly or yearly billing, but the reviewed terms do not provide a separate per-screenshot overage price or resolve every quota edge case. Check the live plan details before committing.

Or skip the browser setup: ScreenshotNeo
If you want a screenshot API alternative, try ScreenshotNeo first: cookie banners, newsletter popups and chat widgets are removed before capture, and only clean shots are billed. A single GET request returns an image or PDF; options also include bulk capture of up to 100 URLs per call. ScreenshotNeo offers an MCP server for AI agents, and its free plan includes 1,000 shots per month without a card; paid plans start at $5 for 3,000.
For a one-URL example, this cURL request saves a WebP screenshot of Stripe. See the ScreenshotNeo API documentation for authentication and options.

Bot checks and CAPTCHAs, blank pages, timeouts, failed loads and cache hits are not billed; the response includes verdict and billing headers. An MCP server exposes screenshot tools to Claude, Cursor and other MCP clients.
