Among the monthly plans compared here, the lowest paid entry price is ApiFlash Lite at $7 per month for 1,000 screenshots. That is not automatically the best fit: providers differ in quotas, rate limits, included features and rules for failed or cached captures. The prices below are providers’ displayed USD list prices retrieved on October 3, 2026—not confirmed INR checkout totals.
Monthly screenshot API plans compared
ScreenshotNeo comes first for startups that want clean captures and clear billing: it removes supported consent banners, popups and chat widgets before capture, and failed or unusable page results are not billed. Its listed monthly plans are:

ApiFlash Lite is the lowest paid entry plan in the reviewed examples at $7/month for 1,000 screenshots. At larger listed volumes, ApiFlash advertises 100,000 for $180, ScreenshotAPI.to 100,000 for $149, and ScreenshotOne 50,000 for $259. Those quotas do not make the plans equivalent: throughput, rendering options and quota rules vary. ScreenshotNeo’s Starter is $5 for 3,000 per month, while its 1,000-shot free plan can cover a small workload without a card.
ScreenshotAPI.to is the reviewed provider that clearly presents both recurring monthly subscriptions and non-expiring prepaid credits. ScreenshotAPI.com’s cited page shows prepaid examples rather than subscriptions, and its free quantity conflicts within the page.

Estimate the monthly volume you actually need
- Count the distinct URLs you expect to capture.
- Multiply by capture frequency. For example, 40 URLs captured once daily for 30 days require 1,200 routine captures.
- Add extra demand only when the workflow needs it: retries, separate viewport sizes, or additional snapshots at different times may each require further requests, depending on the provider’s billing rules.
- Choose a quota that covers routine demand without paying for substantial unused capacity. Check whether overages are charged, work stops at a hard limit, or a prepaid balance is consumed.
Compare effective cost at your own successful-capture workload, not just the plan’s headline price. A plan with a lower monthly total may have a smaller quota or a rate limit that does not fit a bursty job.

Throughput and scheduling
Check the requests-per-minute cap if you need to process a queue quickly. ScreenshotAPI.net lists 20 requests/minute on Essential and 40 on Startup. Its Startup plan also advertises scheduled and bulk screenshots and scrolling video; do not assume those features are included on Essential.

Output and rendering requirements
Confirm that the exact plan supports the output and rendering your application needs: image format, full-page capture, mobile viewport, PDF or video, scheduling, storage and webhooks. The cited ApiFlash plan listing includes PNG/JPEG/WebP, full-page and mobile screenshots; feature availability can change, so check the provider’s current plan description before committing.
Failed captures and cached responses
Read how a provider counts failed loads and cache hits. ScreenshotOne says failed HTTP, browser and network requests do not consume quota; ScreenshotAPI.to says cached responses do not count against its monthly allowance. Those are specific provider statements, not a universal billing rule. A page that renders successfully but looks wrong may still count unless the service explicitly says otherwise.

Cost for an Indian startup
The displayed prices are USD list prices, not verified rupee prices. Before choosing a plan, check the final checkout currency, applicable taxes, supported card or local payment methods, and invoice details. The reviewed public pricing information does not settle those India-specific costs across all providers.

What to verify before subscribing
- Confirm the current quota and feature list on the provider’s plan page.
- Check the rate limit against your peak workload, not only your monthly average.
- Find out whether failed captures, cache hits, retries and successful-but-unwanted captures count.
- Confirm how excess usage is handled and whether prepaid credits expire.
- For an Indian business, verify checkout currency, tax, payment support and invoice requirements directly with the provider.
